First time in Peoria and this was the pizza shop that we came across, we saw from other reviews how the coupons on the app/website are great deals. We got a 16 in. pizza for $18.00 and it was a great size and we liked how the pieces were cut small and into squares (shown in picture). The quality of the food wasn’t anything to be impressed with and the pizza tasted just “okay”. We ask got the pepperoni rolls and those came out hot and crispy but the flavor itself wasn’t anything to crave or need to come back from. Only 2 other tables were full on a Thursday night and it seemed like most people order for take out.

Monica's has consistently great pizza.You love it or you don't, but we never get undercooked soggy pizza.Love their pizza, and prices have been consistent as well.Hard working and well managed location here in north Knoxville location, so easy pick up from the heights and Knolls.Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, and crispy, tasty pies.Get you some!Parking: Off Lake and Knoxville. They cussed at my family for asking for basic customer service and threatened to call the cops when we got up to leave. I’ll never go here again!!

Had a horrible service experience last visit. The server or kitchen messed up the order and didn't tell us why we waited about an hour for a simple pizza to come out. Tables around us were in and out while we sat. Simple communication and a comped drink or anything would have been enough. Instead, we will avoid this Monica's location now.

We went to this monicals for dinner, we were the only table. We did not receive breadsticks, or refills while we waited for our pizza. When we got our orders one pizza was wrong, and two other items weren’t made. The server walked away when we were trying to get a new pizza to replace the old one. Again we were the ONLY table at the restaurant. When i went to the front and asked about the pizza because the server walked away the staff member was extremely rude and ignored me as I was trying to figure out what the issue was. We waited for 20 more minutes for the food that wasn’t made and the incorrect pizza. When we went to the desk a third time the “manager” as well as other staff members in the kitchen were extremely rude. After waiting for another 10 or 15 minutes with our food not brought out two of the people at our table walked out and were told “you’re nice people, just kidding” when I asked who had said that to my sister the “manager” freaked out and started saying that all we wanted was feee food. We were leaving before she even brought the food out. They continued to cuss, and point while yelling. They then said we had 30 seconds to leave before they called the police. I will NEVER go to this location again and will be calling Monicals corporate office so they know the kind of staff they have running their restaurant.

I went after a family event and had the worst experience of my life my aunt was told "your amazing people, just kidding " and we were cursed out and they threatened to call the police. This happened at the location of 4408 noxville they said that we had been there 3times when it was our first time being there never will I go back ever again!!!!!
