Got food poisoning here after eating a chicken Caesar salad. Was in the hospital for 24 hours. Will be suing.

Horrible service. Just stared at us for a minute when we walked in. Got seated finally, and then no one came to ask us what we wanted to drink or even to let us know it'd be a minute. Wasn't busy at all. Finally saw an employee bringing another tables salads, asked that table if they needed refills, and also the table behind us. We were completely ignored. We got up and left after 20 minutes.

This is an amazing place to come eat, and just have a very chilling time. The food is a little bit expensive, but it is well worth the price for the quality of food. Customer service is very chill and it is a great place to go for a date or just a spot to eat alone.

Food was good. Our server was very busy with multiple tables. It was really cold in there to just hang out in there.

Good food, nice staff, typical sports bar vibe. Not too busy. Definitely get the beer cheese.

This certain location of old Chicago is my wife and I, favorite. overly the greatest food restaurant in Peoria. We also always visit when "Dallas" a young gentleman can serve us. If he's not available we will either wait and come back later when he does work. He' s respectful, courteous, and friendly, he truly cares about the best service that he can deliver.I'd give him a 10☆!

A group of 15 stopped at Old Chicago on Friday night (4/28/23). When I went in to see if they could accommodate us, I was excited because of all the empty tables I saw. The host asked how many, I said 15, he said okay just a minute. He left for a second and came back and said "we already have a big table, so we can't seat you." I asked "so what you are saying is we can't eat here?" He replied with "yes." I said we don't have to all sit together we can do more tables. He said "we can't serve you". So what our party left and went and spent our money at a competitor. The 15 of us will likely not give Old Chicago any more business.

We love Old Chicago but had a disappointing experience. Things started off good with drinks and a piping hot Italian nachos. The problem began when our main courses came. My husband specifically ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger. He is very picky, especially when it comes to condiments and toppings. The waitress brought out our food and made a comment that there were pickles on the side because “the kitchen never listens”. After she left, my husband discovered that the burger had both lettuce and tomato on it. We flagged down our waitress and sent it back. After she took the burger back, she came back to our table and informed us that they were making him a new burger, once again blaming the kitchen staff. A few minutes later (not nearly long enough to make a new burger) the burger was presented again. It was clearly the same patty with a new bun. My husband could taste tomato on it. Now, we understand that mistakes happen, but it was the unwillingness to acknowledge fault (we are sure the waitress noticed the mistake before she ever brought it out the first time) and the lying about remaking a burger that clearly never happened. We would have been much more understanding had the waitress just been honest with us.

We chose to get takeout pizzas, so I'm not able to rate the service or the atmosphere. But, 2 stars for the food. I wanted to try this restaurant, because the name suggests Chicago-style pizza. We got the "Chicago Style" pizza and it was nothing like the deep dish or stuffed crust pizzas you would get in Chicago. What we received was a terribly mediocre, hand-tossed pizza that was not worth half it's price.Would not come back and would not recommend.Vegetarian options: Meat-less options available.

I've only ever ordered for pickup, but the pizza is fucking delicious! Like damn, and less calories then dominoes or Pizza Hut, idk how they do it but after discovering this place I've had pizza like once a week for the last two months. I'm sure they've got good beer to but it's definitely less expensive to buy it from Hy-Vee, which is right across the road. Oh and those fried pickles are easily the best in the area. Only second to the fried Pickles served by Harris pizza in the quad cities

Waitress had very rude comment to make, she did not know how to wait on someone who has a hard time deciding on what they want to eat. After coming to my table the 2nd time she actually said there isn't that much to choose from on the menu because I still didn't know what I wanted. The restaurant was very slow so there was no reason for her comment.

My hubbs had the spaghetti and meatballs and it had no flavor and the presentation sucked. My salad had walnuts, apples and bleu cheese in it. It was delicious. There was just a swallow of Blue Moon in the tap for an early time on a Sunday so he had to get another beer. It was a blah experience, but the waitress was super nice.
