They were swamped with orders when I came in to pick up my order. Even though they were very busy, my food was all correct & tasted great.

Places online order. Wait time as 50 mins. No problem. It’s Friday night. Come in at pick up time and it’s not even in the oven. Employees yelling. All wearing ear buds. Line out the door. Nobody even asked for my name for atleast ten minutes. No hair nets or hats. Nobody wearing gloves. I expressed my displeasure with the situation and was meet with a do you want a refund. After waiting an hour that’s all the compassion you have. Customer service lessons would benefit the staff as well as basic food service hygiene best practices. Used to be a place I liked. Seriously needs attention.

Food: they don't use gloves. Seen delivery driver come in make pizzas then leave to deliver not once washed hands. Other employees wiping face and one wiped forehead never washed off hands. Use bare hands to remove pizza from rak to boxes. Service: took 20 minutes before I was greeted or asked anything. Employee was complaining about having to answer phones. Atmosphere: it is like walking into a kitchen no waiting area empty food racks and freezer in walkway. Feeling of you are the waiter picking up food from chef. After seeing this I didn't order and left

Ordered the heart-shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. The pizza was pretty thin and a bit burnt. Typically we have good food from there. They also have a gluten-free pizza which is a bonus for me. Hopefully one day Papa John's will get on the vegan wagon and have vegan cheese.

Ordered during Super Bowl ; food was really good. It took a little bit for delivery but we expected a much longer wait time. Really enjoyed the honey chipotle wings. Everything was hot and delicious. We had a very nice delivery driver she was a sweetheart. Definitely will be ordering again! Only thing I can say is I wish they would bring the cinnapie back, that was my jam!Great job everyone !
Have been on hold to place a delivery order for 10 minutes and the call disconnected - to redeem a credit for the last pizza we ordered that was cold. Disappointing.

Called 4 time got hung up twice and doesn’t know where my pizza at. I can’t go get it bc of no call. Waited an hour before I called. Hung up twice very very rude and not happy
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRANCISE!! Lat night they said 15 to 25 minutes my order would be ready. When I showed up at 20 minutes and they said it would be ANOTHER 40 MINUTES. I walked out and will never go back again!

Never got any food period !!!!! Door and windows were broken in , WAY BEHIND. NEVER told us that when ordering from Mossville Il. 20 miles there and another back with nothing ON FATHERS DAY!!!! WHILE WAITING THE phone was ringing and it was NEVER ANSWERED. WE WENT back to Chillicothe and got the pizzas at Castaways instead. Forget papa johns!!!

Horrible service. Called order in for pickup was told it would be 30 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes and waited in line for 15 minutes. Got to cash register and was asked my name and was told it would be another 25 minutes before my food would be put in oven. I cancelled order and left.

Sad to say I love papa John's but this is the most disgusting restaurant I ever been in , people are not wearing hair nets , they are sweating over the foof and on top of that they have no gloves nor to mention the wait is over an 1hr long for one pizza
