Walked in with my girlfriend and approached the counter. The manager or who seemed to be one as her shirt was different than everyone elses greyish looked at the both of us then turned around fiddled with nothing then walked to the drive thru after looking at us again . After a few minutes the person in the drive through walked by the register in front of us never making eye contact and went outside. Then the manager started coughing all over everywhere including all over herself. My girlfriend and I stood there for over 5 minutes or more and noone even acknowledged our presence so we left. When we did we noticed the lobby was disgusting. We will never be returning to this location. We tried to go to the KFC next door but it was shut down. I would expect this place to be next with the complete disregard for customer service.

I like the fried pies and chicken sandwich. Sometimes I go for specialty strips they have. I enjoy their spicy chicken more than regular. The red beans and rice is very good.

Very bad service, 30 minutes for 6 pieces of wings and the order was also incomplete, the lady had a very bad character, and the chicken was so small and they didn't even have napkins.

First, expect no less than waiting 30 minutes to an hour for your order. It doesn't matter what you order, you will have to wait and you will have to check the accuracy of your order before you leave. I had to argue about the portion size of the large fry. I asked the manager if they had something to measure and she said no. In my pictures you can see the size I received 160 grams, and the size it is supposed to be, 255 grams. If you want to be better at not 'giving away' food, get your orders right and stop short changing people on what they are paying for. When I got home I also realized my 2 piece dark was a 2 piece white and my all spicy tender had some mild instead. SMH.

Whoever Deja is that work The location on Knoxville her and entire team that worked the morning shift on 03-12-2024 should be fired. I ordered my food online and did a drive through order I sat in line for an hour. No one never apologized or slain they would be a wait. I honked the horn and nobody came to the window to see what the problem was. I was missing food and they was all just sitting around and trying to prep food for the night in the middle of a lunch rush. They food was not fresh and customer service was very horrible.
Waited in the drive thru for 62 minutes! Not sure why? This is the second time I could have went out for inside dinner and would beat the time I experienced sitting in line! I had to laugh…I went to Burger King out of frustration and the guy behind me was still waiting as I headed home with food!!! Popeyes will never make it with this kinda service!!! Good luck!! My family will “never ever be back”!!!!! We wish well!!

If you zoom in on the photos you can see the place is covered in crumbs, garbage and soda.The ice/soda machine was completely broken. No ice or carbonation, just flavored water. Everything was sticky. Staff wasnt friendly and clearly didn't want to be there. Was no given any honey or butter.Pay employees more than a living wage but also have some sort of standard. The food was below sub par. I don't recommend it. If you do go, just stay in the drive thru
