I stopped in nearly 8 pm at the end of a long day at work. I hadn’t eaten since breakfast and all I wanted was chips and queso. When I got up to the counter the workers informed me that they were out of chips due to heavy traffic that day. I was crushed. Chips are a major part of their menu. As I turned to leave, hungry and defeated, the manager came to the front and heard from the staff that I’d asked for chips and there were none. She called out to me that she could make chips for me. I turned around and asked how long it would take and she told me 5 minutes and handed me a beverage cup and offered me a drink on the house. When I got back to the counter she told me she would give me my order at no charge. I don’t know if it was because I looked so sad and hungry, or because I was wearing my work badge (hospice), but I told the m they had made my day and that I would be back again soon. Folks, if we can’t take care of each other with simple gestures like this, we are doomed. I’ve told all my colleagues and many local friends who asked which location so they could go and support them with their business. Bless y’all!

This place is night and day different from Chipotle! Cleaner, faster, friendlier. This place deserves more recognition than Chipotle in East Peoria! Plus the quality of the food is better!
Closed early for no reason or point. Locked the the front door and was cleaning food out of the bins with more than 10 mins left till their listed close time. Very disappointed. All my wife wanted after giving birth was a burrito, but she didn’t get it.
Went to get a bowl but couldn’t get one because they were out of brown rice and I’m allergic to cilantro in white rice. This happens at most of your businesses. I’m about to just choose

No taco Tuesdays .no specials at all anymore. Place is always empty and it's expensive and you upcharge everything.Bring back specials, raise the price on them and watch how busy you get.Good luck.
