Absolutely delicious! I had the crab legs special on Tuesdays for 20$. The crab meat was great quality along with the patron margaritas. Our server Bryanna was fantastic. Best food and service I've had in a long time! I may need to come back next week!

The food was good as usual but the real blessing was a server named Breanna L.In my opinion she is the best server overall that we have ever had at red lobster. She deserves ten stars instead of 5!

Wanted to treat my mom and son on his birthday. This is not the Red Lobster it used to be. The menu is FUBAR and there is no catch of the day anymore. The broccoli is usually a beautiful bright green. Mine was greige. The atmosphere put me into sensory overload. The fire alarms kept going off. Not just a little. The police and fire department were in and out and in and out. From the time we sat down to the time we left, it was incessant. I hadn’t seen my mom in months and wanted to talk. We had all had a rough morning coming 2 hours from different directions and were looking forward to some good food and conversation. That was not possible. I really think the manager should have knocked off some percentage for everyone in the restaurant. It was obnoxious. My son did enjoy his meal. The waitress was very nice. The biscuits were amazing. There was one man who came to the table and apologized. And the hostess (the one that uses a wheelchair) was as sweet and cheerful as could be despite having what had to be one of the hardest work days at RL. So 3 stars.

Good place to eat, good service, good facilities, somewhat high prices but it is understandable if you order lobster. Variety of dishes and drinks.

Stopped in Wednesday this week for a late lunch with my wife around 3pm && We both ordered the 7oz sirloin well done with baked potatoes and salad. The steak was medium rare but we ate it anyways because the waitress was not that attentive, she never offered to refill our drinks, only brought 3 biscuits at a time, seemed like we irritated her when we asked for more, she stopped coming around after that && She mostly hung out at the hostess station talking with the other young ladies. The food was good, even tho the steak were not how we ordered them they still had a nice flavor, good seasoning . The salads were cold and the baked potato had sour cream but no Butter. Disappointing. For $50 bucks you would expect better service and more attentive waitress my wife drink was empty Half way through our meal and never refilled. The manager was giving interviews right next to us and walked around with a frowned up face. She also never asked if we needed anything or could we get a refill on our beverages.I enjoy red lobster but service was terrible and food could had been better. The hostess in the wheelchair was awesome, super friendly , talked to us she was the delight of the afternoon.

The service, outstanding! Our server, A.S. was one of the best we have had. This is where the review turns south. They must have changed a lot of their food ingredients since COVID. We used to love going to Red Lobster. Since COVID, the quality has gone way down while the prices continue to rise like everywhere else. The Crispy Dragon Shrimp was good. The cabbage under the shrimp tasted better than our salads unfortunately. The ranch dressing was not flavorful and the croutons were bland. My receipt said salads minus bacon. I never requested this and maybe the bacon would have made it better. The entrées were the worste part. My wife's lobster was spoiled (thank you to the manager who comp'd this. My wife lost her appetite after biting into it and was not able to eat anything else). They have done away with the Crab linguini Alfredo. This is a huge mistake. But we turned to the shrimp linguini Alfredo instead. The dish had very little sauce that happened to be very bland and in no way tasted like Alfredo sauce. I asked for two pounds of crab legs. I'm not sure if it is because they were old, over cooked or frozen for too long but the meat inside seemed shriveled and did not pull out of the shell like normal. I was able to extract enough meat from all 2lbs to fill the cup that had butter in it.I'm so very disappointed. We had similar luck at other Red Lobsters but thought maybe since it had been almost a year since we tried one and the fact we were in a different city, we would give it a shot. With tip, we spent almost $200 basically for apps and drinks (non alcoholic). Lesson learned i guess. Apparently something on the menu is still good since the franchise is still in business...or everyone has just settled for subpar food. Such a shame.Oh and to add insult to injury, it was my daughter's 15th birthday and this is where she picked to eat. So she felt bad that nobody liked the food which hurt her evening and she blamed herself. This part makes me the most angry.

I'll start out by saying that our server was fantastic. The food not so much. The appetizers were mid at best. I ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream for my entrée, but it was a nightmare. First bite into one of my lobster tails and it tasted like straight ammonia.(This is spoiled seafood.) I had to spit it out. The second lobster tail I didn't dare to try. It was rubbery and had a gel like consistency. My husband ordered 2 lbs of the crab legs. They were so old that the meat from that 2lbs of crab legs barely filled the butter cup. My daughter ordered the shrimp pasta. Zero flavor and she was too terrified to try the shrimp. $200.00 meal in the trash. Never again. Eat at your own risk.

Went with my sister-in-law to celebrate my oldest brother‘s birthday, what a blast we had! There were nine of us and we had a nice time and shared the birthday cake with the staff. Our waitress was quite busy so we didn’t see her as often as we wanted, but we entertain ourselves, and helped ourselves to what we needed.
