Overpriced, pizza was OK except for one that was burned to a crisp

Unable to score atmosphere since did not eat at restaurant and had from food truck at my work.I hade the BBQ pork pizza which was delicious! I would have given 5 stars for service, however, the young lady with the tattoos did not practice safe food handling (I was certified in my many years in the industry). She wore the SAME pair of gloves while taking our orders, handling money, and then assisted to help prepare pizza. I would educate your employees with the food truck regarding this as this is a cross contamination issue and obviously transfer of germs from patron to patron.

I could not get a picture of my pizza before eating it but daaang. The crust was done just right with good chew and crisp and *no grease*. Cheese was well proportioned. Would love to see a Margherita!

Had the Sausage and chees pizza and it was very good. I also had the basil pizza, another excellent choice...I will definitely be going back.

Service was great, and there was live music on Friday when we went. The pizza was delicious but did take a bit to get out to the table. They must only be able to to do a few pizzas at a time in the oven because we ordered three and only two came out at first and then one several minutes later. Was nice to try something different in the area and were pleasantly surprised by this little gem.

Ordered the more expensive Philly Cheese Steak pizza & asked for half Combo so I could eat 2 different types of pizza and not over stuff my face. I also had a chance to try the Chicken Alfredo pizza which is also delicious as well,Dec 29, 2022 - Visit #1We had such a wonderful time today. Thank you, Michele, Coco & The Table team, for your wonderful service and hospitality. Rubi's is definitely my top place to go when I am hungry for some hand-tossed, brick-oven pizza. OMG, don't take my word for it. You'll know what I mean when you try it for yourself. The specialty pizzas change weekly, and they'll be serving dinner from next week onward too. I'm writing this late in the evening, and I'm thinking about how melty the cheese was and how the homemade red sauce, sausage & pepperoni, and cheese all came together in a delicious symphony in the shape of a pizza. I had the pleasure of singing for an event that Rubi’s was catering. Their food is absolutely delicious. They offered a cauliflower crust and dairy free cheese—-although I am normally an all flour and cheese girl, I was singing and couldn’t do the dairy. It was tasty and filling and a nice surprise for me! Great service and not a long wait! Thank you!!Parking: Many spots availableDietary restrictions: Dairy free cheese and caulifower crust. Light salad available.

Went to Rubi's and expected an excellent pizza since they are charging $15 for a single 10" pizza. The person who took my order was friendly and explained the menu but the food was just okay. I had placed my order to-go and was given my pizzas in a tin foil bag, which is a great way to get a soggy pizza.Given the price point and mediocre pizza, I likely will not return.
