For me it’s the lady telling the Manager/Owner Teka on the phone that it was busy and that’s why my food is 40 minutes late. The fries was so soggy and the chicken looked like pork skins. Then he said I need to wait another 20 minutes to get them cooked over. They never started my food the first time. They told my daughter to sit down because it’s going to be a minute. I don’t mind if I had to wait because it was busy, but that wasn’t the case. My daughter handed her the phone to show her the order number and she knew it was wasn’t started and giggled. They need someone to run that place because obviously the workers didn’t cook my chicken. So if you go there have some time on your hands to waste.

Best in Peoria! First time for me and it was flavor to the bone! Wings were crispy and well seasoned.I ordered the 10 piece bone in lemon pepper with a bag of fries to go. Service was great! Absolutely will be back for more flavor to the bone!

The first time I went it was amazing but the last two times they have left my food out to get cold , I go to the counter to check on my order and it’s been done 20 to 30 minutes ago with the Styrofoam Sweatin and no text message . I asked the register person. How long has it been sitting up there? He said I’m not sure you should’ve got a text message I responded no text message my number is right on the receipt. He said they probably didn’t bump it in the back. I told him this will be my last time coming here now I am air fry in my order?Parking: Wouldn’t matter if your food is going to be cold anyway
Awful time management. Worst place in Peoria to get your food from if you’re expecting anything on time. The management needs to train their staff on speedy food preparation instead of them kicking it in the kitchen.

Horrible experience. I ordered my wings at 745 they said they would b done by 815. I asked for a jar of their Goldie sauce they said they were out so I asked how much for the cups. They charged me just over $9 for 10 little cups I asked them to please put them in a bigger cup so I wouldn't have to scrap every little container they said no. This experience will b my last. When I had ordered earlier in the week out of 40 wings 11 didn't not have any meat because they were small and fried way too long. Rumburger u suck I'm going back to Jr's and I suggest everyone else to go to Jr's. They r on main st

Great wings. HORRIBLE service. Placed online order at 4pm to pick up at 545pm. Sat around waiting for food until 645pm. Completely unacceptable. These delays have happened before, and I've adjusted the pickup time to be earlier. But this has been the worst experience so far.

Service sucks here they have family working that obviously know they family so they dnt have to be professional or have good customer service black businesses dnt survive cause of this please do better food is awesome just need to hire people who are not family or close friends
OMG...me and the fam just happened to be in town, new to the area..Stopped in because we were definitely hungry....and we were not disappointed we hadLemon pepper, garlic parm, spicey garlic all dry rub .Mannnn!!!!! Neither of us came up for air..Silence as we ate.The wings were definitely delicious to the bone...just left the place a minute ago...even the fries were just right...I had to tell the Lady that took our order how delicious everything was..and service very nice, very hospitableVery nice crew, clean place.Good atmosphere...Rumbergers we will be back!!!!!!!We all enjoyed it!!!!

Went with a group of buddies last night, everyone was thoroughly impressed. Fried perfectly! Make sure to try the crack, lemonade, and dirty rub seasonings. Absolutely phenomenal! Service was also very professional and friendly.

The food was too salty I ordered the spicy garlic wings they were not spicy rather salty I ordered jerk cheese fries they tasted as though the salt shaker was thrown on them the manager was not helpful it was very busy so the $6.00 was not going to make or brake her she told me she could only give me cheesy fries instead so as not to off set the price I asked for plain fries instead and guess what right the salt shaker once again had been poured onto them at this point she offered to give me plain fries I never complain about my food by far this was the worst experience this is why I don't like to eat out I work to hard for my ??never again if you don't have high blood pressure you definitely will after eating here

I'm from the south...this didn't meet my expectations as the wings were tiny but the sauce was good and the guy working seemed to be a good dude; even chased after us after leaving my card and held the door for us. Nothing too spectacular about this one- what you see is what you get.
