My bun was burnt :(But the lady at the drive thru was really kind! :) its cold out so they are doing their best in the winter air and were a bit back up. Were super nice despite that!

Asked for a chicken strip dinner. Was brought out a chicken strip combo. Was told that they don't make the dinners anymore, even though it still shows up as something that can be ordered online.Asked for a drink with lite ice and got a drink with a heavy amount of ice. More ice than when I normally order with a regular amount of ice.

The two times I have attempted to order food here, there has been hair in my burger. It takes 20+ minutes to even receive a drink from ordering on the mobile app which we ended up not even getting and had to request a refund. When asking about where my drink is, the only answer we got was “we probably got it.” Absolutely horrible service. I’m under the impression that the franchise owner does not care about whatever problems persist as all of the negatives reviews here are almost identical.

Horrible service. The drive through lady was very rude, they took 10 minutes to get us our food(we were the only ones there) and then the lady at the window had a very snotty attitude.
This location has gone way downhill. Picked up food for my family and every order was made completely wrong. Sonic used to be our go-to for nights we didn't feel like cooking. Not anymore.

It smelled very heavy of marijuana in the bathrooms. They weren't clean, and in the few minutes I was there the employees went in the restroom wearing the headset and ordering device more than twice to smoke. Which can't be sanitary or alright with the company while they are working. When I pressed the button to order I was told " I will get to you when I can" we were the only car in the lot at that moment.... I tried to pay with my card but the machine wasn't working. I paid cash once the food came to the car but wasn't given a receipt. I don't know who is managing this store but obviously the employees have no respect for customers or the employer's reputation.BTW I did tip Jennika when she brought the food out but I will not be stopping at the store again.
