I love this steak n shake mainly because of the owner. He is friendly and personable. The food is always right and the staff is well trained and attentive. I worked for steak n shake from 97 to 03 and would probably still be there if he was my boss then. Great place to eat and work! All smiles this way☺️❤️

Good food, everytime I come for dine in my food is hot fresh and prepared pretty quickly. I miss the days when there was servers but understand it’s a dying industry especially for “fast food” type of restaurants.Delivery is decent but fries will be dead by time they leave the restaurant they have the eat them as soon as you get them type lol. But overall decent food for the price.Update. : went back to eat there today 12/29 after waiting in subway for 30 mins , Steak ‘n Shake service was AMAZING. They had overlooked my food on accident and the manager came out offered me a free shake to make up for my 10 minute wait , i declined the milkshake so they gave me an extra tender, extra fries && sauce. They apologized it was nice seeing this service. I will always patronize this location, manager is very friendly as well as ENTIRE STAFF.Will definitely come back !

Usually do pretty good on getting orders right & fast and fresh!!!! NEVER liked their fry's so that should cut the price down but it doesn't. Also ask for extra napkins otherwise ya might not get any.

I was in Friday 10/6 and had a mixed experience. Michelle was my server and she was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Kept a smile on her face in spite of what was happening . The manager Kelsey was absolutely disgusting. We could hear Kelsey talking negatively about Michelle the entire time we were there. Very rude and unprofessional. Even though I was just passing through while traveling, I would never visit again due to the disrespectful way the manager treats the staff.
