The 2 guys who made our sandwiches were VERY nice and made then right. They were tasty!! The lady that rang us out had such a bad attitude and was just plan rude... sadly I think she may have been the manager!

This location has really improved their employment team! I walked in for a party tray (I should have scheduled this ahead of time, but I didn’t) and they were so quick and helpful to put it together for me. The morning team is fun & AWESOME! Thank you to Ang, Casey & John!

If i could give 0 stars that would have surely been my rating. Google said the business closed at 9 so i ordered off the app on my way to the restaurant at 830 so it would be ready when i got there before they closed. I got there at 840 to them turning off the the lights as my husband tried to open the door. So we went thru the drive thru as i was already charged for the order thru the app. All the employee rudely told us was were closed. You can call or come in the morning when my manager is here for a refund bc we already put everything away. So you put everything away when i ordered 10 min before i got there and your lights and open sign were still lit when he tried to come in. This location is the worst ever and wouldn't have even ordered from this location had i had other options. I wouldn't recommend this one to someone if they were ordering for a dog let alone for a person if they can avoid it.

Between employees loudly blabbering to each other and two wrong orders back to back, I doubt I'll give this Subway another chance. After a dozen visits over the last couple years, it's baffling how consistently they disappoint everyone I know. I have never gotten the right order, and it's only six parts including the bread. Sandwich artists? More like con artists.

I have to say right away, that most impressive in this Subway was the dynamic, well-organized, attentive, helpful and friendly service at the counter. It was the beginning of lunch time, and given the location of this Subway at one of the busiest crossroads of the city, the restaurant was also busy non-stop: both at the drive-through and at the dine-in area. Indoors, the line of customers was steadily moving to the counter, ordering sandwiches, with a lot of help (what to order) from the staff, who were all well-trained and couldn't be nicer in replying to customers' requests and orders. It was a constant motion of clients and staff, in a superbly organized environment. All the staff -- and customers -- were wearing masks and kept the distance, the indoor seating area was spotless, set and decorated in a very modern, appealing, comfortable way. This Subway totally sparkles and shines! There are new items introduced in this restaurant (pls, see the photos), now restaurant hours are slightly different than before, current hours are available online or via phone. Spacious parking is onsite. And what about my order? With the help of the exclusively nice and amiable ladies at the service counter I ordered an 6" Turkey Sub ($3.99+tax), that was properly warmed up and carefully packed. I liked the sub, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty, but the next time I'd probably order a toasted sandwich, with a crispier bread. In conclusion I want to say, that Subway management can be proud of how business is run in this restaurant. By the way, during my visit the restaurant manager in this Subway was working at the counter, together with his staff. Maybe, this is the secret to success? Thank you very much Subway, plan to be back!

It is Monday night 8/16. At 6:45 my husband went to get subs and tried to open door and the workers were just sitting inside and told him they were closed. They are suppose to be open till 9..WTH???

Terrible female cashier I ever. She was rude and couldn't get my order right. I'm used to the friendly men. I live across the street from the Subway on Glen Ave in Peoria IL go there at least two times a week. Never had a poor customer service until today. It was 1 pm CST. Now I have to go somewhere else.

Always double-check your order when coming to this location; I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten home from here to find something missing. Sometimes they charge me for the missing items, sometimes not. This has happened both going through the drive-thru and ordering inside.Also seems as if they’re skimping on some of the ingredients, despite upping their prices recently.
