I'd have given 0 stars if it wasn't for the fact the food is good when they get your order right. Don't come to this location if you're in a hurry, as you'll guaranteed be waiting at least 10 minutes even with only one car ahead of you. There's no excuse for how slow they are.

Food and restaurant were acceptable as always. But the service was awful. They weren't taking orders because they already had three in the queue. So they had a line out the door and cars wrapped around the building while they worked only three orders at a time. That seemed to improved slowly but we were second in line to order and waited almost 10 minutes just to order. Others waited 30. Just to order food! I doubt we'll be going back anytime soon. It's fast food. Could've gone to Olive Garden and had a full sit down lunch. Five Guys will be my go to now when I'm in that part of town.

Solid rating across the board and the staff has a much improved attitude over the last visiting months!! Management still cannot get the employees to utilize their resources to better off set production but I guess that's the new century of doing business! In the future please limit your chatting and socializing to a minimum and tend to your duties across the board!!

I got the taco salad for the first time. Very disappointed. Not a taco salad at all. Chili on that instead of taco meat? Wasn't very good at all ?

Want to wait 2 hours for a burger in line? Then this is the perfect Wendy’s! This Wendy’s will take one cars order and wait for that car to receive their food before taking the next cars order even with no one waiting inside for their food.
The service was so slow that it took a half hour for our family to order and I watched at least four customers leave because they were waiting in line so long. The food was ok, but by the time we got it it was cold.The lady at the register was very gracious and kind about the long wait, otherwise I'd give the service a 1 instead of a 2.

My husband got food poisoning here recently. Every time we come we have an issue with an order. Baconater Burger building needs serious help. When I came in, the manager was so nice and gave me bacon for the burger, but man did I get some serious attitude and stares from the gal building the burger. The manager even gave me options and asked if I wanted an entirely new burger or bacon on the side. The gal building burgers came up and rudely took the sandwiches back and threw the burger in the trash aggressively. Built super sloppy too. The manager was busy with so many window orders so it just kinda was what it was. Bad taste in my mouth for sure. The counter attendants were nice and felt bad but seemed younger so didn't want to make issues either. Just never got around to posting after, but when the food poisoning happened it put him out for a good 3 days and he rarely gets sick. Had to come on and review. Not returning here for sure.
