The food is very good here, however, the customer service is terrible. Whenever we go to this particular location, it is never open even though it is way ahead of the time that they are supposed to close. Also, when you do show up and they are open, nobody is up front and when you yell to try and get the attention of someone in the back, there is no one there and no one answers the phone when you try to call. They seriously need to work on the customer service at this location.

Came here the other day. Chicken tenders were amazing and big! I got alot of fries and they had a good seasoning on them. Wings were hard as a rock though. Everything else was great. 30 min wait for 2 combos but the food was hot and came with a generous amount!

Ordered the loaded buffalo chicken fries. It reminded me of one of my favorite dishes, the horseshoe. The cheese sauce was great and some of the best chicken I have ever had at a restaurant. I will definitely go back and try other items on the menu. I would recommend this place for a reasonably priced, fresh and tasty meal!

The BEST wings in Peoria. I get the honey bbq wings with cheese fries and it’s so good. Would recommend to anyone.. friendly staff as well. 10/10 :)
Had this for the first time this weekend and it was great! Fast Service! Wings were perfect, Buffalo chicken fries were so good ( I couldn't even finish the small) and the fried oreos were FIRE!! Will definitely be back!

The wings were delicious and cooked to perfection. The price was ok because they're cheaper than Rumbergers, but quality is the same or better. Their efficiency isn't too bad. I called in the order. Showed up a little late and still had to wait about 5 mins. Accuracy was good. Order was correct, but they forgot to drizzle ranch on my cheese fries. The credit card process asks for a tip which is annoying, since tips should only be for dining services. I know other restaurants that basically insist on tips for carry out too, but i digress. Sauce on wings was a tad sparse. Overall, I'd go back.

Came in to order dinner and normally love their food. The buffalo fries are the best! I eat there about once every other week or more. First had to get the cashier off her phone so I could order. About 5 minutes of standing in front of her while she half laid on the counter. Then while waiting for my food I watched another girl sit on the counter right behind the register and eat fries with her hands before going and bagging up peoples orders. Some other female employee had a snack size doritos bag and was dipping nacho cheese into it. The bag halfway fell in the pot and they continued to serve out of it. Very unsanitary and gross. Ended up not being able to eat my food after all that because none of them washed their hands after eating, drinking and playing with their face masks. Super disappointed.
