First time going there. Staff was extremely nice and food was perfect. Will definitely go again.

Had never been before, and won’t be back. The lady working, I’m assuming the owner, was incredibly aggressive and rude. We went in with a large group, and ordered quite a bit of food, which she took several opportunities to insult us for. It was an incredibly uncomfortable dining experience, and the food was nothing special at all. I’ve had better at a $7.99 buffet.

Really gross food. There were unidentifiable gelatinous pieces of food in my dish. I’m a vegetarian and have no idea what it (it looked so gross I didn’t eat it) was but my partner tried it and described it as tasting like meat fat. I pulled those out and ate some veggies and rice but the broccoli was obviously frozen not fresh so it had a super damp texture. My partner got Beef Lo Mein and it was greasy with only a few slices of onion and like two tiny pieces of cabbage for veggies. The sauces were bland and to top it all off, it was pretty expensive too.

Best place we have found in Peoria. Enjoyed the food. We tried crab ragoons, egg roll, egg drop soup and loved it.

My husband took me here on our first date over 30 years ago, still the best Mongolian beef I have ever had. Love Yen Ching!!!!

Now this place i am on the fence about rating. Their food is not bad but their service sucks. Now i feel kind of bad saying that because i think they try but are very under staffed and so cant really help the bad service. The one guy working, cleans the place and serves, he cant do both and he does not do either well. Actually not sure how they remain open since they are hidden in a dying shopping area and they hard to find.

I feel like I have the hardest time finding a good Chinese restaurant and this place takes the cake! Their Chinese is SOOOO GOOD and my whole family agrees. We order take out from here probably 4 times and it was amazing every time! Highly recommend!

The food was good the sizzling rice soup the rice could have been hotter so it will seizzle so when they put it into the broth but the rest of it portions were plentiful and taste was good the waitress was very efficient and the prices were good I recommend going there I will go there again.

Service was good. They seem to be friendly. Meat was thin, crispy, and fried until dry. I asked for white rice & was served fried rice which was also dry. Flavor was good otherwise.
Food was good, unfortunately the past 2 times the service has been horrible. One guy working the dining room and is almost running to deliver food to the tables. I think he takes the orders and then heads to the kitchen to prepare the food! Never returns to inquire if we need anything. Waited patiently for our bill, but he kept waiting on other tables. Finally someone from the front counter brought our bill. Next time we will order carry out.

Mongolian beef was Bland ordered it with fried rice got regular white rice. Asked if I can get a side of shrimp for my young daughter they told me they don't do that, kept trying to sell me a whole order of sweet and sour shrimp for her. Made me a little upset that the lady after me came to pick her order up with a side of shrimp for $4, but they said they didn't do that so what the heck. The hot and sour soup was good though.
