1st and last time at applebees. worst food i ever tasted, mcdonalds double cheese burger is 100x better, at applebees i orderd a whiskey burger and my partner order some bbq ribs both things were horrible...... the ribs were super hard too. my stomach is not feeling good and I have a horrible after taste??? and we didnt even eat it all

Terrible dinner and disappointing experience at Applebee's. Quality of service was extremely poor. We waited 15 minutes for a server to even come to our table to take our drink order, despite the restaurant not being busy and waitresses standing around talking. The waitress seemed idle and the food fell short of expectations. To top it off, we were charged for coleslaw that was part of our meal we never received. Applebee's used to be a decent place to get food but never again will never be back after that experience.

The server was great! She handled the situations with the utmost respect and professionalism! The cook and bartender are going to ruin this Peru, Il establishment! The manager is inexperienced. Our server had more smarts on how to handle our dilemmas than the manager did. And we had several disappointing situations develop as soon as we walked in. We used to love going to Applebees for our special occasions but not no more! I didn’t even tell them that we were celebrating two birthdays on this visit! Very, very, very disappointed!!! Never again!

Had the AYCE wings and shrimp. Found it rather rude that the waitress had to sternly tell us that there is no sharing and no take out. A: that is pretty standard practice B: we both ordered AYCE so why would we share? The food was good, waitress was okay with refilling drinks, the AYCE program could use some work with the service. Why do you need to know what my refill choice is when ordering the first entree? Restaurant was clean but outdated.
