As a truck driver I eat at Arby's at least 4 times a week. I am in LA Salle every weekend, but I usually go to the 4 star restaurant, yesterday I decided that I needed my Arby's fix. I went from my hotel to Arby's ordered my 2 Ruben sandwiches and a large crinkle fry. First off it took 35 minutes to get my food, second my hotel was right across the street and when I got to my room everything was ice cold. Only one of my sandwiches was a Ruben the other was turkey. There was NO sauce or sauerkraut on either sandwiche. They were both ice cold. So I threw them in the trash and ordered pizza. I was very disappointed because I love Arby's food. And the young people that were working in this store just didn't care. While waiting the 35 minutes for my food I watched 4 people bring their food back to the counter. Needless to say I will never patronize this Arby's again.Butch Romines

I ate in my car. I had acoupon. The food is always good. I have arthritis so it is easier to stay in my car. During the pandemic I came here.

Ordered food on the app, and the app messed up and mixed 2 arby locations together, even had the correct peru adress on there but said a different town instead in which I even showed them and the app didn't give my order to the location I selected and they would do nothing at all to help because they said they are different from their own app, so I literally paid for food I couldn't get and nothing could be done about it. Will never order from Arby's again.

The roast beef doesn't taste anything like real roast beef, it's more like salty slices of unknown flesh.Parking: Small lot, mostly set up for the drive thru.

Employees not working talking and complaining about wanting to go home today. If you order online go through the drive through because they have people lingering around trying to take off with orders. The food was right though.
Waited for 10 minutes before ordering, food that was prepared and had been sitting I refused to take and made them give me fresh. Heavyset clerk got indignant about it and the young man in the got upset that I said something. Advised the manager and while doing it the young kept running his mouth because I complained. I will never step foot in that place ever again. Uneducated and untrained employees.

Rude night employees. Manager on night shift doesn’t apologize for rude behavior from HER said employees. Ended up driving off without my food due to getting into an argument with an employee in drive thru. All because he was having a rough day. Cool, I just got out of a wake for my family member, haven’t eaten in days, decide to come here and get this behavior. Let me know how rough punching orders into a computer is a rough day. I used to manage a fast food restaurant myself for three years. It’s not that serious. “We’re low staffed and slammed tonight.” If you have to portray your bad night off on your customers, you need to send your employee home. Thanks for caring.
I will always love this roast beef. And it's not on the menu, but they still make the Ultimate BLT if ya ask. It's a friggin meal by itself.
