The food was not warm and the fries were over cooked or old fries they didn't taste good at all. I went with my four year old and husband the inside of the restaurant was very dirty. The tables were dirty so was the seats and floor had crap all over the floor and food also catchup on the floor in different areas. The bathrooms floors were sticky they manerger didn't seem to care about and was giving weird look at my son when we were oder food. The manerger offer to wipe a table for us to eat but said no were eating in our car. She apologized and said her excuse was that she just got here.

Very ignorant impatient and rude.Ordered food, didn't get what I ordered then when I called to discuss the matter an employee answered the phone and then laughed at me while handing the phone to the shift manager. Overall horrible experience. I hope nobody goes back while the redhead girl is there. Completely unhappy with my order.

Went to burger king today with my boyfriend and they got his order wrong after he specifically told them what not to put on the burger, and mind you they didn't put any cheese on the whopper?? all he asked was for no pickles and no mayo. Was extremely packed with cars flowing out the parking lot. They make you wait up to 15mins for one burger. The staff was still kind, just defeats the purpose of "fast food".
My first recommendation is to never pull forward at Burger King or any Fast Food Restaurant! They do this to make their drive thru times look faster than they really are. So they have good # for corporate. But anyway...I ordered online through the BK App. So that I could get through quickly since I only have a 30 min lunch. The first time I did this, it was great. Pulled up in the drive thru, told them my name for the order, pulled up, handed to me within a minute or two.Today, however, I did the same thing. Ordered online at 11:53am, got to the Restaurant at 12:03pm. There was no one in line, I told them my name, and I was told to pull around. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull ahead to wait. There was no one behind me. I pulled up. Two other cars came, ordered, and got their food before I did! I got my food at 12:13pm and I ordered ahead! 20 minutes for an online pre-order!!! That is RIDICULOUS!!! Especially when there is no one in line!Shooting Park Rd Burger King, Your service needs major improvement!

I used to manage a BK in my late teens, and I can't, for the life of me, remember the burgers not fitting the bun. I also asked for heavy mayo and pickle, and as you can see, there is no extra! If they're gonna have a 2 for $5 special on Whopper Jr's, at least warn people that they are the size of a slider!!

Took my 2yo granddaughter for lunch. Ordered her a nugget kids meal and I wanted to try the chix fingers. So very disappointed. Nothing including the fries were warm. Not even close. Service was fast because it was just us and 1 other customer. I found everything to be blah at best. 2yo didn’t even eat her nuggets and that’s her favorite food
