I got the al pastor burrito bowl. 2x meat. First if all, the portions at this location have become minimal. I don't know if they are under new management or what. More importanly, on 3/18/24 after earing my food within a couple hours i was having stomach cramps and the last few days i have been running to a toilet. Thanks chipotle. now i am grateful for you cutting back on the servings! Do yourselves a favor and go to ninas or fajitas.

Eh. That was rough... The cleanliness of this place is really slacking. I even watched the older gentleman scoop some of the meat that fell out of my tacos and put it back into my dish. The chicken appeared dry as bone top but I didn't know what to say after I already ordered. Needless to say I wasted my lunch.

What’s happening here? The other day I tried to order online, out of cheese, out of corn salsa and they ended up canceling my UberEats order. Go in the store today, they’re out of barbacoa, out of cheese, nothing on my tacos was even slightly warm and they wrapped them so that they all just dumped everything all together so it was one sloppy mess. The lemonade, sprite and coke all taste like toilet water. $22 for absolute garbage! The only decent thing was the chips and queso. Whoever is managing/running this location shouldn’t be.

So tired of this Chipotle. Severely miss managed store. 6 of the last 7 times you have been short ingredients! No lettuce, no red sauce, no chips, no queso, no steak and to top it all off......... no shreaded cheese! How can this place still be open with management this bad? I'm going next door. Jersey Mike's may be super expensive (and good) but at least they have everything to make a sandwich.

Chipotle has tasty food, but portion size has really changed since I first started eating there, price and portion size are going in different directions. I ordered a carne asada bowl to pick up at the drive thru...it was three minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. When I opened the bowl, it looked 1/3 full. The steak was tasty, but scant. Very little lettuce. Not at all but worth the $14.95 they charge. I live in an area with multiple Mexican restaurants . I will probably cross Chipotle off my list.

I travel a lot and eat at a lot of chipotles. I got double steak with white rice, black beans, pico, and guac bowl. The white rice was slightly undercooked and didn’t have much flavor. Really would have liked to taste the lime. I shouldn’t have a dry middle in the rice. Rice: 7/10 However. The beans had more flavor than any chipotle I’ve been to. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Beans: 10/10. The steak also had a lot of flavor. It was a tad bit dry compared to some of my favorite chipotles but still up there with the best that I’ve had. The dryness did not take away from the tenderness. Steak: 9/10. Pico was good and taste fresh. The guacamole was a bit bland but it’s winter so I don’t expect much from it. Guacamole: 6/10.Over all experience with the service I’d give this place a 8.5/10. It wasn’t too busy here and the staff was great.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and am severely lactose intolerant. Staff was understanding and accommodating.
I got a steak bowl for a late lunch. Ended up getting food poisoning from it. Terrible experience I won’t be eating here ever againFollow up: the chipotle incident team reached out to me on Sunday night and I wasn’t available to talk. I tried getting in contact with them multiple times afterwards and never heard back from them. Their food destroyed my stomach for over a week. Highly recommend to stay away from.

I went in at about 840pm on 12/4 and just about all of the workers there were cleaning up to go for the day even tho they close at 10pm.All of the food except the white rice was old and dried out looking. All of the meats were super dried out and NOT fresh. The fajitas (onions and bell peppers) were super soggy and wilted and almost looked brown. They honestly looked like they had been there in that pan all day long. The lettuce was old looking and definitely not fresh. The tomatoe had sooo much juice in it and the lady serving it wasn't letting the juice fall out of the spoon all the way so it made my food soggy. When I go to chipotle I expect fresh, it's kind of their thing. Not 8 hours old, stale, and dried out.I will definitely not be back to this one. Also, this is the first chipotle I have ever been to that I have seen them use plastic bags liners in the pans.
