Another terrible customer service experience. My fiancé, flustered, after my son didn’t sleep all night went to go pick up our order we placed online. When he showed up at the counter, one of the two bags was present for the food we needed, and no one let him know. He walked out with just the one bag of food and drove all the way home only to have to then turn around with our one-year-old put him back in the car to go get the rest of the food. When i called the store to let them know, we had not gotten our second bag of food, and that we would be returning, the young woman on the phone was SO rude. She let me know that there WAS the second bag of food and “he didn’t grab it so???” I let her know we would be coming in for the other bag of food that we paid for and she promptly said okay and hung up the phone. After calling back I spoke to a delightful young lady who asked to confirm the order and let me know she had my name and would be waiting at the drive through with the bag for my family and I.I understand there are stressful mornings at work, but if you choose to work somewhere that’s up early with the rest of the public maybe trying to implement the most basic of kindness and empathy for people PAYING for your customers service and product. Honestly ruined my morning.

This place has never failed to bring me or my husband unfriendly, or unconsumable service. Every coffee we have bought (over the course of 6 different attempts) there had been, clumps… discoloration.. and horrible customer service when asked kindly to explain why the coffee had clumps. Both me and my husband have gotten sick after taking a sip. I do not recommend going to this location, unless you want to pay for something you are going to have to throw away.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This Dunkin is SO DARN SLOW. Literally, don’t go here unless you have an HOUR to spare before work. The lines are excessive and whenever I order food; it’s mediocre effort. Hashbrowns still frozen in the middle, I can literally taste it. My bacon and egg and cheese wraps are just as bad. It’ll come strewn everywhere and coming apart, almost like they just threw it in the oven and didn’t bother making a sandwich.Also; THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. DONT waste your time here. We went on a SATURDAY at 6 PM and they were CLOSED! Are you serious? Sometimes they were closed even by 8 pm. Either they need to be evaluated or shut down. Worst service imaginable. Please, save yourself time and energy and go elsewhere. This Dunkin needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

The selection was limited and some felt remotely fresh vs a few that were in need of switching out . In lieu of certain donuts, they were switched out to valentine ones which was understandable with the "holiday " approaching , yet the others weren't offered and they just didn't seem worth the money on something smaller than the usual . The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and looked as if she was having a bad day . Aside from that, place was clean ,service perfunctory and donuts ..decent.

Don’t get the frozen drinks here they have mold in then and when I asked for a refunded the people working rolled their eyes. Dunkin! Your gonna make people really sick if you drink there frozen

I just wanted to 2 sausage patties on a croissant and I get one sausage patty on a completely Halo croissant that's completely soggy.And I ordered a latte and I was charged a latte and still got a plan coffee with just some milk throw in. Just adding milk don't make it a latte.

The service is nice it's just unfortunate the place is never stocked for drinks. I have to go through a laundry list of featured drinks before just settling on a iced coffee with cream and sugar.

SLOW service with unfriendly staff. The few times I’ve stopped here for a coffee they take FOREVER at the drive thru…always makes me late for work. They are so slow and this is at 5:30am !!

The absolute worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life not one person working there deserves 15 bucks a hour not only did they get my drink wrong the got the entire order wrong and the cherry on top was so the 22 minute wait in drive
