I recently stopped to get a bite to eat and sat down, as we do twice a week. Who I thought was my server told me I had to order outside at the counter and then go sit back down. I'm not sure why the change. If the workers are supposed to be out front then don't have an open restaurant. Service is definitely lacking because of this change. Don't get me wrong, our service was great although I do know some of my older comrades that won't be coming back because of this. It's a shame!

Lab tech at drive threw window asked if I had one prescription. I said 2. She rolled her eyes muttering something and huffed off the the computer. I am still in shock. I will change my pharmacy and never return.

There was a manager right there and I told him his store smelled awful and that there was a haze as I walked in the store.... He said he didn't see it.... Hahahahah

I ordered two players for delivery, two addresses. I check my credit card and no charge the next day. Called to check was told it probably went out. Called the next day. Told they'd check and call me back. No call back. Called the next day was told they don't keep records. Never charged my card. Parties never received. Dang not good.

Bought some pork with the expiration date 1 week from now. Went home to cook and prep (30 min total) left the package out next to me then when I opened the package a horrible rotten meat smell immediately hit my nose. Upon inspection once I flipped the piece of meat it was all bad on the bottom side. Went right back to the store n returned it....

Hy-Vee pharmacy is a trigger for me thanks to a few really bad eggs. I need to know why people such as Dawn are allowed to judge us and make us feel like crap. She hangs up without answering questions one time she said can I catch a break we're busy ok. All I was asking was a pharmacy question she could of given the phone to anyone instead she hung up. She's made my wife cry. Is that what you guys tolerate? Been with Hy-Vee pharmacy ten years and I'm sick of being mistreated

They had a breakfast for veterans!! The breakfast and the employees were fabulous! Thank you!!
They offer a variety of food choices and the prices are pretty good. Sometimes they offer really good deals for lunch/dinner items. Unfortunately, since Wahlburgers invaded the space it has really gone downhill. The employees that work the hot food area seem to disregard the customers. Breakfast on the other hand is very good. They have fresh squeezed orange juice, the food is good and it's about the same price as a fast food chain.

This was my first time at this grocery store, and I'm glad I did stop and shop. I'm from Miami, Florida, so I shop at Publix when I'm at home. But when I lived in Rochester, New York for 4-1/2 years, I shopped at Wegmans. This grocery store really made me feel like I was shopping there. This is really a great grocery store. The shelves are well stocked, and plenty of items to choose from. I wanted fruit, so I decided to visit here. The pineapple was so sweet, and delicious. They have a bakery, seafood department, deli and etc.My husband had been here with his friends from his job, so he knew where everything was. He love their egg rolls. Whatever kind you decide, it's packed with the meat. My husband had pork egg rolls. He bought 3 since they are delicious. The meat department is unbelievable. The steak and pork chops are huge and really fresh. They have really great sales this week, so please make sure you check out all of the items on sale. I will most definitely return soon. :-)
