Terrible service!! Took 15 minutes just to get acknowledged then another 15 minutes to get waited on. Ordered a salad which waitress wanted to bring me after delivering main course NO THANKS NOW! My friend asked for a refill on soda !!! No show but I asked waitress to quit socializing and please bring it to her apparently she was busy changing her socks in the bathroom. I guess they bake fresh biscuits to order cause it took us 20- 25 minutes for a couple more. Hopefully they find a better wait staff to compare to the delicious food they are known for.

We took my DIL out for her birthday and she chose the restaurant as her place to go. The service was amazing; Zach was friendly, professional, and courteous. The food was wonderful; even though my son had to send his steak back for further cooking. Zach was apologetic and very helpful in getting it right. We had a large group and Zach never once neglected his other patrons in taking care of us.After the last trip to this restaurant, it seems the franchise has made some much-needed upgrades. I'm glad we tried again.

Came in to celebrate daughters birthday and everyone got their food except me, for another 15 mins, and then never got offered anything else to drink after my cup was empty for 20 mins. Very disappointed with the whole restaurant altogether. Will not be back.

Sadly this was probably my last visit to RL. Started out by trying to seat us directly next to the entrance, asked for a different table and moved us one over, still next to the door and under a really REALLY bright light. There are TOO MANY tables squeezed into that space! Tried to just make the best of it but our server was inattentive and my guest & I's simple fish & chips took over an hour to come out. Just overall very disappointing dining experience.
The food was great! Hadn't been in a long time! Service was eh. Had to keep asking our waitress for things, she didn't bus the table until we were ready to go. My boyfriend did NOT like the lemonade and we still got charged for his! I didn't even drink it bc I thought it was being taken off the bill. But his steak was cooked perfectly!! Hands up to the chef!
The food was superb the only problem not enough help for a Saturday lunch crowd two waitress for a room full of people who needed waited on. Had to wait to be seated then wait to be acknowledged for drinks and wait to place order. I don't mind waiting when a place is busy this time it was a long time know it's hard to get help do need to look into this problem.
Not busy at all. I'd classify as close to dead as it can be for a Saturday night at 730. Waited over an hour for our food and the appetizer.. silverware had to be requested, poor communication. Told multiple times 5 minutes longer!! And then seemingly rushed to move on as we were asked if plates needed cleared after having food for 15 minutes. Won't be going back!

We ordered online for take out service. Everything was perfectly cooked and packaged. We ordered salmon entree, mussels and shrimp cocktail. Service was friendly and quick. Smooth process for curbside pick up. We will be back!
