What a pleasant surprise! From the outside it has the look of a dive bar. Inside it is recently decorated and extremely clean! Owners are super friendly and attentive. The food is standard bar fare but really good. I opted for the tenderloin sandwich and my better half opted for the build-your-own burger. We will definitely come back!

We ate here late(ish) for American dinner time on a Tuesday evening in November, so the place was very quiet. However, the quality of the food and service and friendliness of the owners was really good and nice. Very much recommended.

Ordered take out, looking for a good salad. The steak salad was amazing. This was a fresh salad with fresh fruit and veggies on it. Steak was very tender and cooked to perfection. Pretty impressed the pulled this off while undergoing a remodel. I will be back!

Wife had steak salad that was amazing! Fresh strawberries and blueberries along with carrots and mushrooms. You will not find something like this anywhere else in town. Best burger in the Illinois Valley! Burger patties are flavorful and with a crust right off food network.Not in the menu but try the fried pickle spears! You won't be sorry.Owners are very friendly. Left feeling like we made new friends tonight.Very highly recommended!

You'll walk into the place a stranger and walk out a part of the family!!! Awesome menu options with (in my opinion) 5 star quality meals. It's the "Cheers" of Ottawa, "where everybody knows your name."? ?The owners are down to earth and straight, no chaser wrapped into one? So if you're looking for a spot with great food and fun company, you can't go wrong there!?Kid-friendliness: The rare and few places that are kid friendly are not always apparent or advertising. Not the case for (P-31), it's a family oriented environment that will help create some awesome memories for all patrons!
