HORRIBLE SERVICE, the owner was very rude. We ordered food plus my son loves the toast so I got an order of it and when I got it it was ice cold, so I took it back and asked for a fresh batch and she stated that I should’ve told her I wanted it hot! Who in the right mind eats cold toast? Then I watched her, put it in the microwave and heat it up and then she lied to my face that she made fresh. Toast is very simple, I don’t know why it’s so hard for them to know how to cook.

Can't buy my house because the owner won't verify my employment to my lender. Guess he expects me to be homeless or rent forever which is pretty much the same thing as rent is robbery anymore. Denying me and my family access to our new home by not verifying for me. Pitiful.

I wouldn't give a star at all but no other options went in to get food & when we made our orders they shorted my food order & wouldn't correct it she argued with me & made it look like it was my fault this is not professional by any means, & this is the 3rd dairy queen in 2 years that we have been to that is not professional 1st one made me sick really bad the 2nd one we were there to eat we ended up leaving cause we heard someone sneeze we look up & the young man had no mask on & didn't cover his face during the sneeze he was in the kitchen when that happened so we left with out ordering... as they say in baseball 3 strikes & your out!!!! our experiences is not the best & I don't recommend eating at DQ you never know what you might end up with!!! & we grew up loving DQ, NOW NO THANK YOU BUYER BEWARE...

This is the second time I’ve been through here and the staff has been so rude both times. We were very kind to them and repeated our order multiple times because they were talking to other people while taking our order. They messed up my husband’s order and mine completely. Our blizzards were dripping everywhere when they handed them to us through the window. Our straws had ice cream on them and the napkins were crumpled at the bottom of the bag. I understand people can accidentally mess up orders, that’s okay. I also understand people have bad days, but they were unbelievably rude, and the fact it’s happened both times I’ve been here with two different people ordering tells me it’s normal. Please just be kinder! Especially to kind customers!
