They forget almost Everytime to put sauce in the bag when I clearly said to put sauce in the bag, they almost always forget a drink, food items and when I do get all my items they are the most rushed and then literally slapped together then thrown in the bag and in multiple pieces. Just go to duquoin if you actually want a reasonable meal for your money.

It's small a town McD's. So, it's better than your average fast food place. But, it's still a fast food restaurant. The food is good for what it is. The place is very clean. And the service is pretty good. If you want a quick burger & fries, this is a good place to stop.
Did mobile app waited in my spot for over 10 minutes went inside got my order got home burger was burnt it didn't look like a quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were so hard I couldn't even chew them I keep telling myself I shouldn't go to the one in pinckneyville but I did.

The service of ordering and getting my food was great the food appearance was sloppy the slaw and mayo was all over the wrapper .

Exeptionally poor customer service. Manager got rude with me because she didnt make my coffee correct and I simply asked for what i paid for that she claims i didnt until i showed my reciept. Then once she felt stupid for being terrible at her job and lacking accountability she then pursues to aggressivly hand me my shot of expresso in a small cup thru the drive thru window. Repeatedly saying "Here ya go take it! Here ya go take it! Here ya go take it! And this was a manager... Sunday September 10, 2023 1:00p.m.

I love the number seven that I always get. The only complaints that I have are the ketchup machine us out of ketchup a lot and sometimes it's not the cleanest. Other than that it's perfect.Kid-friendliness: Not a fan of the kids, bit that just proves that it is friendly enough.
