Great customer service. They always are friendly and get my order correct every time. There is a worker there by the name of Bobby and he is freaking awesome. He goes out of his way to be friendly, helpful, and gets the order perfect. Also he knows how to make all the drinks the proper way. Dude is awesome. This is my go to place and plus they are also a Baskin Robbins as well perfect place ????

I had ice cream delivered. The 1 scoop Sunday didn't even fill fall the small cup and it came as soup... but 1 Sunday was completely full and not melted

Went in for the first time yesterday and ordered a 3 scoop sundae. Walked out without seeing the sundae as they put it in a bag, and when I did, I was really disappointed. They use mini ice cream scoopers bc three of their scoops is equivalent to one scoop. I paid almost $6 for basically one scoop of ice cream. Never going back there again.

We went to buy some ice creams on 31st all-day offer. It was selling 2 1-quart ice-cream at 7.99 at that particular day but the cashier told they are 5.99 each then we ask for an offer and he couldn't figure it out about the offer so he calls for the manager. The manger also claimed it was 5.99 each. We show them the offer in our mobile app, then the manager said the offer is not valid in this store. Later we show the same offer which was shown in that store. Later the manager had hardcoded the price but it took them a long time and when we came back home, the ice cream was already half melted. The sad story of the Celebrate May 31st day.

The ice cream was serviceable and the restaurant was clean. The staff was largely indifferent and were blasting modern dance music. I'm sure they enjoyed the music but I really didn't need a thumping base beat to eat icecream.
