Very poor and rude manager. We were dining in and the manager kicked us out because he thinks that we are drunk after 2 beers. The manager took the 3rd beer out of my hand. They made us to pay for everything even if we left a lot of food and drinks on the table. Beside this, the smart manager called the police on us telling them that we are planing to drive under influence. We didn't even had cars to drive. We came in with a uber ride and we were planning to get out the same way. Most poor experience i ever had. I don't recommend this place.
My friends and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Plainfield, Illinois, for a birthday party. Upon arrival, we promptly ordered drinks, but the refills took an hour. Around 45 minutes into our visit, someone in the location attempted to connect to the TVs to play YouTube videos, which we found amusing, as did most of the restaurant.Shortly after, a presumably manager approached our group, asking who was responsible. I took charge and insisted it wasn't us, but he continued to press, stating it must have been one of us. Despite my repeated assurances, he expressed disapproval, emphasizing the establishment as a place of business. Eventually, he informed me he no longer wanted to serve me and escorted me out, all while I maintained our innocence.I understand the manager's concern, given that we were a group of 7 teenagers. However, the assumption that we were responsible, coupled with our removal for defending ourselves politely, seems unwarranted. This experience has left me uncertain about returning, despite our previous enjoyment of the place. I hope for better experiences in the future.

We visited yesterday, and ordered the traditional wings. These wings were the size of my pinky, no joke. So 10 pinkies for $15.99 plus tax? Yikes!! The server was so sweet and it seems like she was really struggling. She even mentioned that another table had also complained about the size of the wings, when we pointed this out. This location has really gone down the drain unfortunately. We used to go at least once a week because it was local and convenient. Sad

The waitress took our order right away and got us a drink. It took forever to get our food, and then our waitress disappeared. The bartender got us a second drink, and then our food finally came. We had to look for our waitress to get our check.

I had problems couple times and when I called the store,they were very rude.No napkins,no spoons and forks and NO sauce!!.The lady was telling me that ,it was my fault, because I didn't ask for it!!!!

Nice lunch spot to meet with friends and watch sports. Variety of lunch specials and good value for the budget conscious customer. Our usual sauces are Asian Zing and Teriyaki. Wings we're a little on the dry side and the sauce quantity was inconsistent for some of the orders. Atmosphere was average as it seemed slow for a weekday lunch hour. Service was good and clean facilities. Thank you
