By far the worst cases I’ve been to. The Casey and Shan Joliet Daria always have food ready. I’ve been an early morning worker and when I get the opportunity to stop at Casey’s for a slice of the breakfast pizza I jump at the chance. However, every time after by this location, there’s never any food ready whatsoever. Whether it be the donuts or any sort of hot and ready food. The clerk never received us to be reviewing anything except for this phone and struggles just to say hi or make change.

Awful management. I have been to hundreds of other Casey's locations and this one sticks out like a sore thumb. Hours are constantly inconsistent, 5pm truck unloading (parked across all of the parking spots in the front of the store), hot food is never prepared, they are consistently out of donuts and cookies, and the attitude given by the "manager" when asking about missing normal products is most off-putting. I LOVE the chain, but this location is the worst.

Stopped in to grab a snack and use the bathroom, and it was an extremely underwhelming experience. Every Caseys ive ever been in has been much nicer than your typical gas station, so I was very surprised. The bathroom on the right reeked of urine and the walkway in front of the drink machines was so sticky my flip flops were sticking to the floor with every step in that area. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and stated that she had mopped 3 times and was honestly the highlight of my experience. She deserves a raise.

Haven't had Casey's in a while, so decided to come in here and try something new because I typically get the taco pizza which is my favorite. Maybe it's this location because I'm not from around here LOL just came out here to drop off an instacart order. The service is good, all smiles, but future reference, do not get the pork tenderloin sandwich. Hard as a rock✊?. Very, very dry and a little overcooked. It's not real pork it's not a real pork chop at all it's majority breading and when you open it it's some type of meat of the unknown.Like Wow, Really. Out of respect and courtesy of not wanting to create a conflict I ate half of it but I didn't go in for a refund I'll just take this as a loss to avoid conflict. But I know next time not to buy this again. Um, very poor quality.Laugh my @$$ off.

When I'm in Plainfield, they are my go-to for gas and a car wash!?
Got gas, the receipt machine wasn't working outside, not a big deal. I went in to get one and I walked up to the cashier. She didn't even acknowledge I was there. She proceeded to pull out her drawer, put it back in, then start counting $5 bills without even saying I will be right with you or even looking up at me. I got tired of waiting, so I said "OK, have a nice day. Gas is responsibly priced and location is convenient, but if you need to go in for any reason, be prepared to be an inconvenience for the workers.

Store is clean. The biggest only complaint is that for walk in customers, they literally wait for the pizza to run out and won't start any new ones until well after. They say "because they go fast". Ok... so when there is half of one left, you start a new one, simple as that.

The pizza is incredible as always. I was super psyched when this Casey’s opened, I came from a small town and loved eating this pizza back home. Only complaint is, seems a little smaller than I remember, otherwise everything was perfect

Young lady that works there on Sunday July 10th, 2022, late afternoon was really rude. And obviously didn't know how to count. Before I could ask for what I wanted she seen the $100 in my hand. She right away said I don't have change for $100. I said okay. But I am getting $70 worth of gas and 2 packs of smokes. You're not going to have to give me much change. She still said she didn't have change. Then she said most of her pumps weren't working and didnt have gas. Asked if she had 87 on pump 3. She said she didnt know what 87 was. Someone else said yes we do. Then she says oh I looked under the drawer I have a $50 so I do have change. I couldn't say anything after that. But if I spent $90 there and I gave her a $100 and if she gave me that $50 back...I would have given you 5 stars for suffering thru that conversation!! ??
