Always come here never had a bad experience. Today there is only one person working. He's making the food, cleaning and answering phones and also doing carry out. It's a shame no one is here to help him I feel bad for the guy, he's super nice and was keeping up with everything. It's sad to see no one is helping him

I used to love coming here. But I was there over the weekend and what a change. The pizza was just as good but the noodles and the red sauce were ice cold. And that would of been OK had the place not been so unkept. We went to the bathroom but wouldn't even use it because it was so dirty. It's understandable with everything going on that it's hard to get staff but it's pretty sad to see this place go down hill.

The guy was nice enough but it was gross. There were flies by the salad bar and only a couple options for pizza. The floor was cracking when you walked on it. The tables and chairs were sticky and the plates were all dirty. The bathrooms were appalling. They had mold in each, the doors were sticky and not flushed. The smell of mold were everywhere. My young children enjoyed the idea of a pizza buffet but I’m waiting for the upset stomachs.

This was the first time visiting a CiCi's and I was very disappointed. The salad bar was very limited to just store bought lettuce, old cucumbers. There was nothing to put on the salad, salad dressing not label. Few pizzas on the buffet, they did ask what we would like but then acted like it was an inconvenience. The pop machine only had a few flavors as most of them were out. They had a 2 liter next to the machine, I advised them that a few were out and he said sorry been busy. Bathrooms were gross, water everywhere, broken soap dispenser. Both men and women's bathroom were not cleaned. The floors were sticky, tables were dirty. Watched a guy eat off the buffet while standing at the buffet, grossed us out so we left. We will never be back to this location.

My family and I went to Cici's for the first time today since before the pandemic started. This place has gone completely downhill. The restaurant was so dirty. From the floors, counters and tables. I had to ask one of the 2 workers for a towel to clean a table to eat on. And he didn't even clean the seats which had crumbs and sauce all over them. There were only 4 customers in there so there was no reason for every table to be dirty. Once we finished eating we got up to leave and the two workers were sitting at a table talking, and the place was still a mess! My mother just told me she feels sick so I'm hoping it's not their food. We'll see. I wouldn't go back unless they get someone in there to clean the place up. It's too gross for me.

The store hours say open til 10pm. We got there at 8:20pm and the employees inside said they were closed. Closing the store almost two hours early is unprofessional. We drove 45 minutes for Cicis

DRIVE TO THE ONE 15 MINUTES UP THE STREET. This place is DISGUSTING. I understand there is a staffing shortage but the renaming staff there do not care. They stand around and don’t do anything. Pizza is disgusting. Floors are always sticky tables are always dirty. Buffet? Absolutely not. They never have anything. You have to ask for everything to be made yet when it’s made it is disgusting. Please take the extra 15 minutes to drive to the other location right up the road.

Eh. I've had better Cici's experiences before. I'm aware of what to expect going to one, so my rating takes that into consideration. Biggest issues were 1) the restaurant was very warm and 2) despite not being very busy, pizza options were rather slow coming out. Place was acceptably clean.I'll probably give them another shot down the road, as they are an affordable option with two teenagers!
The pizza was pretty decent and they had a lot variations, but it had mixed vibes. Like a chuck-e-cheese but without the games or slides.

I've loved other Cici's locations especially when they first opened. This one, however, is pathetic. Dirty inside with bugs flying around, lazy workers, buffet bar not being kept up with - salad bar selection had lettuce, dressing, and croutons. No cucumber, cheese, etc.

why is this place still open. I gagged the second I walked in from the wretched smell coming from the A.C. units. where’s the FDA when you need them. nothing there is edible and I swear I saw a spider in my marinara sauce. not a single dollar of mine will be going to this restaurant ever again!

Even though this Establishment smelled like a Sewage system. The brown boy who was working was very kind to us and welcomed us. He was very respectful and made sure our food was made properly and everything was delicious. Though there was a man who seemed to be hispanic practically verbally abusing his staff, corporate might want to check that out. A young black man also was very respectful

Disgusting place. The salad bar looks days old, black stuff inside of two different drinks from the drink machine, had to pick through plates to find one actually clean, a random plank of wood laying on the ground, seats ripped and torn, and tables covered in trash/food/spilled drink. The employees clearly didn't care about any of this as they were too busy on FaceTime while ringing us up or blasting their not very family appropriate music over the speakers. Definitely won't be back at this location
