I've been ordering here since they opened this location and can't complain. It's the cheapest fresh food I can feed my family with and if people would just use the coupons and rewards points I don't think they'd be on here complaining about getting their money's worth because we've been fed for free or dirt cheap so many times. I order carry-out so it's always hot & fresh, ready faster than I can drive there, and on top of it all, always so delicious.

We have ordered both pick up and delivery. The food is usually good and their customer service is usually on point. We haven't had any issues with our orders and our deliveries have been on time, with one occasion where we were notified that our delivery would be slightly later because there were several deliveries prior to ours.Parking: Online and ready to go pick up is right out front their pick up entrance and parking on the north side by their delivery cars.

After speaking to Domino's, I placed the same order a week later. This time the pizza arrived warm and was pretty good. I'm still struggling to find the extra cheese I paid for, but the pizza was pretty good. (4 stars)The hot wings are raging hot garbage. At best, they are like some frozen microwave hot wings. Soggy, boggy little nasty bites of mushy chicken. Disgusting. (-2 stars maybe more but being nice.)Some suggestions:1) Put the hot wings in the pizza machine/oven until they are crispy. Don't pull them out until they are.2) If you are going to squirt the sauce in the box, take 2-5 seconds and shake the box. This will distribute the hot wings sauce over the surface of the wings.3) If you cannot get them crispy and you cannot distribute the sauce on the wings, then REMOVE them from the menu completely.4) When people order extra cheese, where does it go?So, they got better on the pizza and stayed the same on the nasty hot wings.

On Thursday 6/15/23 at 8:08pm I ordered a medium cheese pizza for my son at store location 15515 Illinois Rte 59 UNIT 109, Plainfield, IL 60544.At 8:23pm The delivery driver parks his car in our driveway next to my husband car, gets out his vehicle and spits on my husband car window then proceeds to come to our door to deliver the pizza. We come outside and see that he has spit on my husband window and has it on camera clear and visible. I have video and pictures to show you this rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. We do not know this driver and never had any interaction with him. This is unsanitary and unprofessional and doesn’t look good for your companies customer service. Something should be done with this type of behavior because that would make anyone hesitant to purchase from this location with this behavior. This will lead anyone to believe he would do something unsanitary to someone’s food. We are highly upset and disgusted with this drivers behavior in conducting business for your company in this manner.I WISH i can post this video. I NEED TO SPEAK TO CORPORATE.
