Second time ordering from this place and I can definitely say that their food is great!Try Greek Tzatziki and Feta Potatoes and you are not going to regret - they are just delicious!I need to add that my today’s order was for pick up - ready on time and friendly staff.

Just ordered from Eros Gyros for the first time tonight. We paid extra for seasoned fries with both meals and got no fries. I also ordered an extra tzatziki on the side which was not included. The gyros were just okay. Overall pretty disappointing.

Restaurant was not busy at all. Was seated, not given menus or asked if we wanted any drinks. Another party arrives and is seated right next to us, they were given menus and orders started. We got up and left. Terrible service. Not a word said to us.

OMG!!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! First off..... It's not a gyro place! This is a Mexican restaurant..... I drove around 15 minutes because the little sign they have outside is covered my chairs stacked up... Get home with the food and it is cold and apparently they put mustard on gyros in Mexico!!!! Spent $48.00 on crap food that is nothing like we were expecting. Mustard on the meat made it too nasty to eat!!!! Then we also find out they screwed up the order and doesn't give us a salad as ordered too...... OMG. WORST PLACE IN THE NAPERVILLE PLAINFIELD AREA I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! Will never go back there

I normally order from savino's. They were closed, so I tried this place. To start they advertise as a gyro place... IT'S NOT(unless you read the fine lining). When you get to the address it's a Mexican grill. I told them I wanted a side salad, instead of telling me they don't have side salads... they ignored my request. After finally calling for clarification of location and NAME... we picked up our food. Got it home to find out, no side salad, gyro very dry, and fries soggy, spicy chicken not spicy, and mustard on gyros???!! It was thrown into foil. Called and spoke with manager.. and he said "what would you like me to do? ".... as a manager you should KNOW what to do! 1st and last time eating here. Sorry I was patient and semi understanding. I'm in a similar industry... no excuse for any of this.

not actually a mediterranean restaurant. ordered via ubereats and it’s actually a “pop-up” at a mexican restaurant. food was slapped together and mediocre at best. i’m sure they make good mexican food but mediterranean is not their forte.

Ordered a spicy chicken gyro and fries via Doordash and it just wasn't good. The gyro looked like everything was just thrown together in a rush. No veggies and the chicken was just drowned in a sauce that was not spicy. Also, no tzaziki??? Who serves a gyro with no tzaziki? The fries were ok. Wouldn't ever order again and certainly not going in person

Absolutely the best! Everything about this place is great! First, loved the food, fresh and authentic. Drinks were excellent and fairly priced, too. Service was fast and efficient and the server was so nice! Music and dancing a HUGE plus. Went for dinner and stayed until closing! Just an awesome time. My new Friday night hang out!
Got my order wrong. Like very very wrong. Less than 50% accurate. One of my gyros was supposed to be a chicken gyro, but we only got beef gyros. 2 of my gyros were supposed to be meals but none of them came with the requisite sides. At least they got the baklava right Either they can't read or they just don't care

I wish I can give this place a -100! Ordered though grub hub and their packing was absolutely horrendous! I don't blame the driver at all, there was no way he could've prevented this delivery for failing so miserably! Never got my baklava, called them and MANAGER never called me back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Horrible customer service, poor execution with food packaging! Food should have been in container of some sort for travel purposes. Food was just thrown in a paper thin plastic bag, didn’t get any utensils I asked for & did I mention no baklava?!?!!

The food was good and obviously freshly made. The beer came with a frosted glass which is a nice touch. The service was good and efficient, except that she did not adhere to the Covid protocols. The restaurant was very clean and we could detect the faint smell of cleaning supplies, obviously in an effort to meet all the requirements re the pandemic. The negative was that our server wore her face mask only about half the time. And then it was only half on when she wore it. I knocked a point off in the overall rating for that.
