We come to this place all the time. It's our go to pizza place. Never have any complaints. This past visit our order got a little confused but they did more than expected to correct the mistake and make it right. No other pizza compares.

I never write reviews, but this place has been terrible for the last few months. First they got our order wrong and second I’ve never had a pizza that had zero taste. It was like stale, flavorless bread. I have been getting pizza from here for close to 10 years and it has become inedible. A frozen pizza would be an upgrade.

Rude staff.ordered half hour later they called stated they were out of what I ordered with attitude and no apology. Stated I would have to call slice for a refund I made the point it wasn't my responsibility to get the refund she stated there's no way to do it.I work for Sarpino's all they have to do is call slice and slice will take care of it we do it all the time.She was just to lazy to take care of a customer refund.Never a apology just attitude.She should be fired no apathy obviously could care less about customers concerns.

New owners. Quality has gone down the toilet and they increased their prices. Make sure you also measure your pizza because now they are skimming people on sizes.

The pizza at Franco's is delicious. I love their baked mostaccioli it is good and thick with cheese. Their hours are not convenient because they don't open until 3:00pm. Unfortunately when I am out I usually want to pick up food earlier. You really can't beat their pizza.
Ordered 65.00 worth of food ,16 inch dbl dough a 14 ince thin fries and zucchini, get the pizza home both are 14 inch but they did put one in a bigger box lol , called and they said they would credit the difference lol thanks but would much rather have the right pizza instead of 5 dollars

OMG what happened to this pizza. Its been a few months since Ive ordered. I had guests over and told everyone how great this pizza is and you know its good when its in the paper bag. Well its no longer in the bag and its no longer great. Went straight to the reviews and saw Franco is no longer Francos which explains everything. Average at best.

Our favorite deep dish pizza place changed their recipe so we've been on the hunt for a new deep dish place. We tried Franco's and we've found it!! Their deep dish blows the local deep dish chain restaurants out of the water. The best part is it's just around the corner. It's our new go-to!

This place used to be the best pizza around for a mom and pop. I was happy for my kids to call this their pizza place...then it was sold to whomever. The quality isn't the same. The TLC isn't the same. All these reviews need to be accounted for after new ownership. This place is a slap in the face to what it was. The only reason the stars seem high is because of the old reviews. Crust burnt Different sauce Cheese not uniform over pie Over priced for quality you get For a Chicagoland pizza place, better off to save your money and order domino's/papa johns/lil ceasars
