Asked for extra avocado, they put a little smidge bit on my sandwich and I could barely even see it on there or taste it. Paid for it as well. As a jimmy johns employee at Tinley Park we would never cheap out like this. Seriously no effort or care for the customers request. I literally stressed extra extra avocado and there wasnt even a full spread

Ordered a chicken wrap. It is really small for a 10$ sandwich!!! Will not oder again!!!
Terrible customer service. Been waiting over an HOUR for sandwich delivery. Just called and spoke with a manager who told us yet again our order is “on the way”. When I said that over an hour isn’t exactly freaky fast and asked what kind of discount/refund we might get, he said “none, we can’t do that.” I clarified—-“I don’t get any kind of discount for sandwiches that have so far taken over an HOUR to deliver?” He responded “No, we can’t do that.” I will never order from this Jimmy John’s again and will spread the word.

If you order delivery and want to receive your food within an hour, do not order from this location. It took nearly an hour and a half from when my order was confirmed to when it was delivered. The store had terrible customer service and was not even apologetic about the order taking so long. Once they were eventually delivered, the sandwiches were no longer fresh.This is not the first time this has happened. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it seems to be a recurring issue that they have no intention of addressing. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
this happens almost every time i order a pickle cut in 1/4 at this location. Come on. This is not acceptable to me.
