Don't go here, this place is on some boolshet. They forgot my avocado last time (paid for that also/owes me), and this recent last time I'm missing lettuce! . Found this out when I got home & by then they were closed. So I'm owed that too. Can't believe I had to be lettuce deprived when hungry!

Ordered a veggie with extra guacamole. Only got 1 serving and they included mayo which I didn’t order. Made the sandwich nasty and hardly enjoyable. Edit: The manager reached out, gave me a free sandwich and $10 in store cash to spend and made the situation right.

I'm not sure what happened but I order delivery from Jimmy John fairly often and never had much of a problem but today it took 1 1/2 hours to get my food. Maybe they don't guarantee freaky fast service any more?

It seem like everyone hate this location by the reviews. I’m not sure what type of employees these people are hiring but they’re RUDE, DISGUSTING entitled kids. Can’t comprehend simple orders and need to be fired. Clearly you can’t get refunds here and they’re allowed to kick u out of the restaurant and slam sandwiches on the counter. Hatred at its finest. Never eating at a Jimmy John’s again. I didn’t put half of what these weirdos did to her in this review.

Worst franchise I have ever been to in more than 5 years. Please invest your money elsewhere if you are considering this location. The sandwiches are sloppy and less than satisfactory, the young staff servicing are rude and biased, and they think all people of color look alike. It was a very unfriendly, unpleasant, and non customer service focused experience. I have shopped at Jimmy John's for years and refuse to spend another dime at this location due to my most recent experience where they intentionally messed up my order. If I could give this location, the staff, and management a negative star, I would. Save your money, there are plenty of other sandwich options and other Jimmy John's franchises. You would much rather have a positive and fair customer service experience and feel valued for your consumer spend.

Rude staff or kids in the store. Delivery takes forever. The app is difficult to see and use.

Wow this location SUCKS. First, they didn’t notify us that they delivered.. no app notification, no door bell ring, nothing.. after a 45 minute wait.. Then I pick up the food and drinks to find that both drinks are half full. One of them isn’t even what we ordered. Next, our sandwiches were missing additional items we PAID to add. Unbelievable. We’ll just drive to the other location next time.

Worst customer service ever after being here twice I will not be back again. Over 5 employees there with multiple not in uniform all teenagers sitting on their phones in front of customers. The guy taking me order even had a vape in his hand.

The people running this store are absolutely incredible. They do great work, respond actively, and are generally just killing it.Their management and leadership should just retire though. They aren’t necessary.15$ for an 8” sub? Capitalist thieves that haven’t worked a day in their loves lmao.Cheers to the employees that suffer the managers they’re stuck with.
