Had an OK time here, but the games here need some serious attention. The beers are OK, and the overall atmosphere is decent too, fair price for wristbands for game access, decent amount of games too, but so many of the games are malfunctioning or completely broken (more below). Also, note this is a place where parents just let their kids run rampant unattended, though I didn't see anything really discouraging this, just good to know in case in case that's not your thing. We didn't play everything, but as of March 2024, here's game issues we came across:- Street fighter always gets stuck on a debug acreen- Pop a shot doesn't start games, so no timer and score tracking- Both skeeball games don't score right, will count a single target multiple times when hit- Guitar hero needs display/audio timing calibration- Bass fishing trackball doesn't work at all- Revolution didn't seem to have any audio- Roller Coaster Tycoon pinball right flipper constantly gets stuck- Super Bikes left bike is broken, no steering, stuck right- Dark silhouette stuck in a boot loop- Operation G.H.O.S.T right gun something is up with the timing and aimWould definitely be willing to come back if they actually pay more attention to servicing their games (tip: may help to require parents to actually keep an eye on their kids), but otherwise sadly will just avoid.

Great staff. Awesome menu items for parents or kids - Beer is always great- kind of cool to see where they brew it also.

Ordered a Reuben, was pretty tasty but a tad overpriced. Waited 21 minutes before even getting noticed for a water at the bar. Yes, they're busy...but I was looked at 7 times before being greeted for anything at all. Won't be back, shame. Had a lot of potential for great beers and food.

Great place to take the kids, let them play, and have a drink with friends. The service has always been great and our kids can burn off some energy, especially in the winter months. They'll play for a few hours while we're able to catch up with friends. Win win!

I hate to rate the service so low since our servers were great. The manager on duty at 5 in the afternoon on Saturday told my wife after our group of 25that spent over $1,200 that we were not able to get a table in Chaos Brewcade after eating at Chopped because we had just used the dining area and already ate. He wanted us to save the dinning area for his customers, but wait, our group just spent over $1,200 and wanted to spend more?

Went to dinner on Jan 14 with visiting out of town family. NOT impressed. Food was just okay. They were out of some stuff like the Truffle Salt Roasted Shrooms. Elote off the Cob did not taste good at all. I ordered the Khaos Soda Flight and they were out of 2 of the 4 sodas. Server did not tell me and just gave me double root beer and orange sodas. I would have canceled it had I known. She also assumed that we all were purchasing the arcade pass and just dropped them on the table without asking. The Arcade was good, had a good variety of games from old to new. Arcade is great idea.I will probably give them another chance as the arcade was fun.

Food was great. Restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly. Our waitress, Brianna, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home.

I've been to Chop'd many times but yesterday was my first time on the Khaos side and it did not disappoint! They have a completely different menu than Chop'd but lots of good options still. The energy is fun and they have a special almost every day of the week. I highly recommend trivia on Wednesday nights.

Went on a Friday evening and did not have a reservation at 6 pm. It was around a 35-minute wait if you would like a table. The parking lot was extremely full. It was extremely busy with families playing games (you can get a game wristband from the bar), and the music was loud, but we were able to hold conversations. We were able to sit at the bar with no wait and order some drinks and appetizers. Our server/bar tender was extremely friendly. The burnt end nachos were delicious along with the Buffalo "cluckin cones." You are able to pick different sauces for the chicken if Buffalo is not your favorite.

Great deal, you get a wristband to play unlimited games on their vintage arcades. The service started a little slow but they were slammed and it picked up really fast, they were quick and attentive. I started a little skeptical of the beer just based on previous experiences with multi-concept breweries, but they absolutely delivered on the beers. I came for the arcade and the food reviews but I would definitely be back for the beer! Well executed and a lot of fun. Special thanks to our server Brie for putting up with us - you were awesome!

Had a group of about 60-70 people at Khaos a couple of Saturdays back and everyone had a great time! We ordered pizza and wings for everyone and the entire staff (especially Christen) was on point with everything we needed. When the food got low the servers and managers were on top of ensuring we had the next batch of pizza and wings out. The bartenders were quick on the drinks and everything tasted amazing as usual. The staff is always friendly and make it an enjoyable experience everytime we go there (which is quite often!)

I went to this restaurant on 12/3 at around 8:30pm with my son and his gf. This has bar fun been one of the worst experiences as far as food and accountability. My son ordered a wristband for the games and paid CASH. We ordered 3 meals. All the waffle fries were room temp and stale, the 2 burgers were fine. The order for the Chicago Beef Pocket was room temp. The worst part is server was chatting with the staff and there was only one party there besides our table. She also charged us the $10 for the wristband that we paid cash for that I did not catch. I have called multiple times and was told I would get my $10 refunded. Requested the GM call and never received. This is not about the $10 it's about the principle and the lack of follow through the managment.

It was a Adam’s Sandlers Costume Co Ed Bachelor/Bachelorette Party ?What a first time experience at the Khaos Brewcade Kitchen. The waiter was super friendly and attentive when it came to our drinks. I wish I remembered the cocktails ? name, however I do remember the delicious sangria and freshly cut ? orange. The pizza was delicious but my favorite was the pizza spinach. Their boneless chicken wings were hot and chewy. I was stuffed and impressed with their phenomenal service. ?The bridal party did a great phenomenal job pulling off and decorating it beautifully with their photos, glow n the dark sticks, along with some photo ? inspiration of Adam Sandler. The arcade part of the restaurant threw me back to nostalgia land. The games were free for a certain amount of time. So your able to sit back and enjoy loosing yourself on a good game. My favorite was Guitar Hero. ? A month after my kidney donation surgery and I was winded after playing one round of an Arcade game ?‍?. However I was internally grateful that they had a bench in the corner of the room so I could easily sit and continue playing games ?️.If your looking to hang out at a cool spot with some fun games good food and great service. Or host a dinner for your next event…I highly recommend coming to this establishment.Parking: The parking lot is huge. The sign is beautifully well lit so you won’t have trouble walking in lOr out of the restaurant during evening hours.

I visit craft breweries as a hobby. This may be 198 in the # I have visited. Khaos is a brew pub adjacent to another restaurant. When I arrived I noted that it was crowded and loud. The noise was month the people and the multitude of video games. I sat at the bar and it took 5-10 minutes to be noticed as there wasn't someone attentive at the bar. There appeared to be three employees and they were not solely at the bar attending to customers. One gentleman provided me a menu and another checked on me another 10 minutes later. The younger gentleman who served me took my order for a drink (I ordered a flight as I usually do), but never asked me about food. No one ever did. When I have to wait a while or not asked, my investment in wanting to spend $ at your establishment drops. He took my flight order and served me. My favorite of the four was the Cervasa lager which was very bright and crisp in flavor. The price of the flight was reasonable ($10) and the Wi-Fi was stable and worked well. I can't say I am enticed to return based on the noise and service, but the beer selections were good.
