Would give a 0 if I could. Order a pizza portal pick up at 11:50am for a 5:45 pick up. It is now 6pm and they have not even put it in the oven. The two guys working could not look up orders easily and all they could offer is for me to wait 20 more minutes because the are short staffed. No way to talk to anyone if you call. Of this is what AI customer service looks like my job is safe.

Food took too long. One employee working, told the name of my order, he went to the kitchen and left us there waiting. Other people left too and there was almost an army forming up behind us. Little by little people were leaving, plus they wouldn’t answer the phones at all. We had to wait almost half an hour, 5 minutes at home, almost 10 minutes in the pizzeria. My feet were ITCHING because I had to wait that long.

Wait is far too long. They take more orders than they can handle. 1 hr and 20 and they haven't started my order. No way to cancel order I placed online. Finally 2 1/2 hrs later, I got my pizzas. Only one was burnt.

Nobody here even acknowledges your presence. Completely understaffed for a Friday night. Place my order almost 2 hours ago, estimated pickup for half hour ago and still no activity. Long line of people being ignored. My family likes this pizza but is anybody even managing this store? Really sad. I feel bad for the 1 or 2 people working that are completely overwhelmed. Do better L.C.!

Most incoherent mfs , don’t get greeted when you walk in the mfs just look at you , place looked terrible and they took long asl before I left and went some where else, definitely should have read the reviews first ? genuinely don’t know how they in business

We never got to order because they didn't even acknowledge we were there. No one came out to greet the customers and say they were busy and they would get to us asap. Just let us stand there like we owed them something. Never again.

This is the worst Little Caesars in the area now. It's s shame this place has gone downhill. 3 times now, I've attempted to place on-line orders, showed up at the time specified and my pizza wasn't even ready. You're forced to wait in the tiny waiting area for 20-60 minutes for your order. You're lucky if anyone even acknowledges your existence while standing there looking at the single person they have staffed to run the entire place. The last time I asked to just cancel my order and went elsewhere. This place is run horribly, and I feel bad for their employees. Always understaffed and they're running all over the place trying to keep up. OWNERS NEED TO DO BETTER!

I got there at 7:52 and they weren't open even though the left the open sign on and the door says there open till 9 but it was locked and no one was there would leave 0 Stars if I could
They do not have the resources nor the workers to keep up with the orders that come in online. I ordered at 8pm and its 945pm and they still do not have the pizza even in the oven. This establishment needs more workers and a new system

They did not attend to me, there was not enough staff, I waited 15 minutes. . and they didn't attend to me or ask me questions and the person who was working on taking out the pizzas threw the molds on the floor and shook them with his foot.
