Been going to this place for the past 10 years and they never disappoint. Inside is very clean and welcoming, it has a big seated area if you want to dine in. Service is always on point and the NEW boba drinks are delicious! It's great to have more affordable boba options in town.

Food is good, but they use the worst take out containers imaginable so everything gets dumped inside of the bag. Do not order anything with heavy sauce through them.

A few months back I would have gave it a 5 star but lately when I have order my lunch I only get more rice than meat. Food is tasting ok lately. Hoping soon they get back to where they were.

The guy working inside was wonderful he gave us a heads up that he was the only one and it might be bad service t he did wonderful! The food we decided to try because of the reviews, sorry to say I don't know who reviewed it but it wasn't that good. I was highly disappointed. Plenty of seating when we got there. Quiet.

Great local eatery. Good lunch pricing. Good food but it really is best for carry out. No waitstaff so you don't get the service you expect. It's unfortunate but many mom and pop places are running on a shoestring budget.
I am 100% fan of this place.... I started going there last year for the first time.... My daughter and I had stopped in. We were looking for a place to eat but their dining room was closed for the public. Only carry outs.. but the woman at the counter was so kind she had allowed my daughter and I to eat in... Being that we are not from Plainfield and we were looking for a restaurant close to Lockport to be able to carry out. It was good customer service on her part because she knew her product was good to allow such action... So now to the food. I'm such a fan of the Mongolian chicken.. perfect! We also enjoyed their wonton soup, orange chicken and the sweet and sour chicken... On Christmas Day one of their busiest days, the food was on point ... I'm very grateful for your service to the public, the long hours..These type of restaurants dedicate their lives with their family to creating a place where you can go and enjoy food without realizing what went behind it and what people have lost as in time with their families and missing out on normal life activities.. to give us a place of eating to enjoy..Thank you lucky bamboo...

I have been going to Lucky Bamboo for years and had a few run-ins with them as far as making the orders incorrectly. I decided to give them another chance. No more. I went there about a month ago and stated that I needed no MSG in everything. When I came to pick up the order, I got nothing but an attitude stating that some of the gravys came with MSG already in it. I stated I have been coming here for years and always order the same thing. I have never been told this. She looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. She continued to argue with me. The end result was I cancelled the order, got a refund, and walked out. I went to another Chinese restaurant closer to home and ordered the same exact thing with NO MSG. They understood with no problems and I will be going there going forward. My guess is they didn't want to make a new batch since it would cost them more money. NEVER AGAIN!

We had heard that the food is really good. But failed to ask if there was dine in. They had takeout only. The six of us in our cars had to reroute as we were planning to eat there. It was quite always away from home, so just be aware, it is pick up only. We even called first to see if we needed reservations, they said they did t take reservations. ?

Food was good, service was terrible. This is actually some of the worst service I’ve experienced in this area within the last two decades. Server was rude as hell, and I was very pleasant and friendly at the start of our interaction, so I have no idea what was up. Wouldn't give us lunch menus, but gave them to other customers and refused to let us order off it when we asked. We won’t be back.

Shrimp fried rice was good. Both beef dishes were terrible. The chicken lo mein was the worst. The smell was similar to burnt motor oil. Just horrid.
