“Finding this place was a pleasant surprise. We walked in without knowing what to expect. We ordered only a couple tacos to try it out, and we were delighted! we ended up ordering more steak tacos and a side of rice. The meat was well seasoned and tender, the salsa was spot on heat wise. Chips are absolutely way too Greasy...(Suggest some El Ranchero or Milagro Chips this would add to cost however it would Pair Perfect with Sauces since they are Great.2. Please Ask cooks to shred the chicken more for the tacos makes them easier to eat and adds flavor. Most of the time Chicken Chunks are huge.overall, it's a good place and i will continue to go along with many of my coworkers That all agree that Chips and Chicken need a little work.“

“Great service and great food. Gaby was our waitress and she was amazing and very accommodating of our 2 toddler boys. Will be coming back soon ! They were nice enough to keep the kitchen open for us as we arrived past 8pm. Overall great experience.“
“This is the best Mexican food within a 20 mile radius. After ordering it takes a long time for the food because it is all home made. The staff is awesome and they just doubled their seating capacity so they are doing something right. We stop every opportunity. Highly recommended!!“
“Hands down the BEST tacos in the Naperville/Plainfield surrounding area. I would go to bat for these tacos. The restaurant is located inside the BP gas station on 135th in Plainfield. When my brother first told me about the "amazing gas station tacos", I was a little skeptical to be honest. After trying them just one time, I became a HUGE fan. I typically order two Alambre tacos which contains a blend of steak and chorizo, topped with grilled bell pepper, onions, and cheese. It only took one bite for me to fall in love. Make it a dinner for around $2 more and you get an order of rice and beans on the side. The staff are amazing and are super dedicated to maintaining great taste, variety, and reasonable prices! Definitely worth trying La Nueva Taqueria!“
