This location said 3 minute wait it ended up being 35 minutes for a bowl & 1 small cart item. They changed their hours to 9:30 pm but we came an hour before & thought we were going to have to wait an hour rly disappointed ?

Been here several times and each time they really skimped on the food portion. Attached a photo of the meal right out of the bag and you can see a whole section is missing with the noodles and chicken. Tried giving this place several chances, when I asked if I could get a little more, the worker smirked and looked at me like I was crazy, no words, and stared at me as if I was for real. It’s a shame because panda increased their prices and also this place skimps on the portion.

Poor attitude and cold foodThere were 4 small pieces of beef left in the beef and broccoli and the employee was making a face when we asked for the remaining pieces since the dish was empty other than a ton of broccoli.The dish was already nearing the end and they brought fresh beef 5 minutes after we paid. If you're already cooking fresh food, ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS TO WAIT. Fix your face and use basic customer service skills or go work somewhere else.

They’re usually quick which is good, except fact that every time I go here and order teriyaki chicken I end up getting plain chicken, even when I ask to make sure there’s teriyaki sauce. If I order teriyaki chicken I kinda expect to eat teriyaki chicken! You gotta go inside to make sure your getting what you ask for

Me and my wife went there an hour before they closed and they only had 4 different entrees when we ask them if they could cook something else they said they weren't cooking no more so we got something from what they had and the food was super old, we had to trow it away, don't go to this place if is an hour and a half before closing, the food doesn't taste like other Panda Express either.

A lot of people are criticizing Panda Express, but the truth is, you can get a very good meal if you know what to choose! Their Chow Mein is the best, so is the Beijing Beef.This time I tried the Crab Rangoon: ok, but won't order again.Also tried the Chicken Egg Roll: same - good but definitely had betterFinally, tried the Chicken with Mushrooms, and this gets added to the list of staples! A nice balance of flavorful chicken, mushrooms and zucchini. Really really good!So yeah, it's a chain, but it doesn't mean it can't be good!

Went in panda today to order food and inform the manager last time he served me he skimped me on the rice after showing Ernesto the picture instead of apologizing for not fulfilling my order properly he instead started being disrespectful said that they are over on their food budget which has NOTHING to do with not giving me the correct food amount especially when you raise the prices I’m not asking for anything except what I PAY FOR is this how your managers represent your business? Been a loyal customer with panda for years but after this disrespectful experience I’ll be taking my business where they treat their customers right
