I ordered 2 pizzas, and it took me over an hour to finally eat my food. They gave me the wrong sauce on BOTH pizzas. I had to come back in the store and wait for another 20 minutes for the pizza to be made. I dont know if iconic is this guys name but this was a big waste of my time. Why would i want 4 pizzas? Not to mention, i had work right after this and was late because of this joke. So frustrating, waste of time and gas. Such a waste of food as well.

Disclaimer-I haven't had a negative experience prior to now but it hasn't been exceptionally positive either. I went in to pick up my online order and there was no one in the store. I yelled "hello" multiple times with no one in sight. Finally after standing in the lobby for 10 mins wondering if I was being pranked, I decided to call, thinking maybe that would get someone's attention. It worked-this lady comes in from out back and from 10 feet away I can smell the intense cigarette stench. No apology or anything for making me wait. Instead, she was rather brash, like how dare I interrupt her smoke break...Additionally, this location is always shorting on the cheese/toppings. I don't think I've ever had the cheese go all the way to the crust out of the multiple times I've been to this location.

Worst pizza in Plainfield. Never enough sauce even when you ask for it. The driest most bland pizza around. Picture cardboard with pizza sauce and mozzarella , then scrap off half of the sauce and cheese.
Good quality food. Nice, attentive service. Highly recommend it.

Pizza crust was not done and limp also food was not very hot. Definitely not enough people there helping them out. I'm sure c they had to be short staffed. This is second time pizzas we're that way. Staff was friendly though.

I know Pizza Hut isn't "fine dining" but we just spent $50 for two pizzas. They were dropped off on the door step with no notification of delivery. We just happened to glance outside and see the pizza....so it was cold. I ordered extra cheese for $3.99 on one of the pizzas and there was barely enough cheese to cover the crust to begin with. It's not worth the money. (135th in front of Meijer/Plainfield)
