SO, WHEN I WAS IN USA FOR ABOUT 12 DAYS, WE DECIDED TO GO TO STARBUCKS AFTER WE HAD DONE OUR SHOPPING IN FIVE BELOW, WHICH WAS IN THE SAME MALL. I HAD A CARAMEL ICED FRAPPUCCINO, AND IT WAS VERY TASTY!! I LOVED IT, EVEN THOUGH I KINDA PREFER THE TIM HORTONS CARAMEL ICED CAPP OVER THIS CARAMEL ICED FRAPPUCCINO WHICH I HAD IN STARBUCKS!! OVERALL, I WOULD RATE THIS STARBUCKS 5 STARS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL

My grande pumpkin spice and grande hot chocolate were both half full! Such a rip off. Was shocked when I removed the lids. No one had taken one sip from either of these drinks! ?

Went to the drive through starbucks right next to red robin and ordered two caramel macchiatos. We received just macchiatos and decided to pop into target's starbucks for a pump of caramel rather then waiting in the drive through line again (and to pick up a few groceries while there.) When we asked if it was possible to get a pump of caramel, Jen a target (manager possibly?) had the starbucks worker totally remake our drinks completely no charge. She insisted on making our drinks correctly even though it wasn't their mistake at all. Great service and happy workers that were clearly there to meet their customers needs above & beyond expectations.
