My wife and I placed an online delivery order today to be delivered at 1:50 pm. My short brown haired wife ordered the footlong veggie sandwich. When she took a bite of the sandwich, she found a long piece of black hair from the sandwich. That ruined our lunch date today and will not be ordering from this subways again. Absolutely nasty, zero stars.Vegetarian options: Veggies tasted old and there was a hair in my wife's sandwich

Well first off I usually don’t have a problem with subway but went to this one today and I asked for a footlong tuna with American cheese and not toasted so what do they do they toast it and i know what people are gonna say that I should be watching my food but I shouldn’t have to that’s their job to get it right and I asked for a footlong churro and I thought that would be good but it wasn’t was as hard as a rock and I asked if they can make me another sandwich because I didn’t want toasted and they said they can’t and that’s what I ordered the staff is very rude and inconsiderate of other people what happened to the customer is always right safe to say I will not be going back there if you want a good sandwich go to Jimmy John’s or Panera they never get stuff wrong and always goof service
