Had been my “go to” place for Chinese. Not sure if it’s an off night or the place has changed. Anyway, I’ll try another option next time. Estimated delivery in 45 minutes arrived in 75, all cold. Now I’m heating egg rolls in the oven trying to bring them back to life. They never updated the online order. No notifications like usual, just wait for them to show up. I went to the website to complain privately, but their “contact us” option is to call them, you know, the crew that just gave me horrible service. An email that the boss can read would be nice. Oh, I think I heard the oven timer, now I can have egg rolls while I nuke my broccoli beef.
Ordered sesame chicken online. When we picked up the order and brought it home, we discovered sweet and sour chicken. Thinking they made a mistake, we called to get the correct order. They told us that they make their sesame chicken this way, and that they provided sesame sauce for us to mix it with. I have never seen sesame chicken made this way in my entire life- because it was obviously sweet and sour chicken. They refused to admit they made a mistake, and refused to allow us to return it for a different dish. Lazy, unaccommodating, terrible service.

Not good. Fried rice was inedible, chicken was frozen "McNuggets." That was a first, even panda express doesn't do that.

I ordered for shrimp fried rice, but I was not giving exactly what I ordered. Some type of plants I don’t know about was added on my menu without my permission. This made the food tasteless in my mouth. I had to take all of it out all before trying to eat the rice. Please next time only serve what you customers want, especially take aways. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my food in person. While waiting for my food I looked at the reviews and was worried because of all of the 1 star reviews. My food was excellent!!!! I had the orange chicken and it was excellent.

My sister decided to treat me for lunch this place was absolutely disgusting. Even when I call the lady act like she couldn’t understand what I was saying but you have no problem taking my order my food was burnt the crab taste like they were cooked yesterday. She explained that they have been in business for 15 years and I was thinking in my mind how People except this type of garbage. It is a very nasty taste in my mouth and I would never eat there again or recommend this disgusting place to anyone it needs to be closed. I wish I could give no stars

Devoid of flavor and chicken had off texture on ordered dish. Serving sizes appeared to be above average and menu pricing was good. Maybe they had an off day there or new cook but will be heading elsewhere for my normal favorites. Wished for better results.
The chicken was bogus. They’re like pre-made and precooked hush puppies. Sauce was good but that’s it. Overpriced junk.

Orange chicken was more like seasoned hush puppies...ate one piece and threw the rest out. Good thing I got egg rolls!

Ordered the orange chicken,And a honey chicken. Both were 80% breading if not more, barely any chicken every once in a while you could find a shred of chicken, and extremely tough, like it had sat out and to warm it up they fried it for a fifth time. Very disappointed do not recommend, maybe some of their other food is good but what we got was terrible.
