This was my first visit ever and let me tell you I will never be returning. Waited over an hour for cold food, table was dirty when we sat down. Just plain awful. Save your money. Go elsewhere

Amazing restaurant, and the server BRENDA was spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant for your breakfast much for your Mamosa‘s. Satisfy customer will continue to patronize them.

Broken Yolk is now Honey Jam Cafe. Not sure when it changed over. We're here on 10 9 2021

No hostess to greet us, waited awhile to be sat but the place wasn’t busy. After seated, no server greeted us and took awhile for waters. Food was okay. Typical breakfast stuff but the Greek omelet was just egg folded over the ingredients, my mistake to assume everything would be mixed like a standard omelet. Ordered mimosas which weren’t terrible plus the flight, which looked amazing but they all taste the same too much champagne. Unenthusiastic staff plus there were contractors painting and whatnot right next to our table? Boyfriend and I had high expectations.. unfortunately they weren’t met. Don’t plan on returning.

Five people for breakfast on Labor Day. they brought 4 meals and had to ask the waitress for the fifth after about 15 minutes waiting. Kids ordered hot chocolate it was watered down well it was hard to taste the chocolate. Side bacon & scrambled eggs were lukewarm had to ask for coffee refills. With the prices you charge I expect better experience -very disappointed will probably not return

Sad to see them go, but for now the menu is the same at Honey-Jam Cafe, who took them over 8/24/21.

I drove by this location on 8/26/2021, and there was a banner on the front of the building: Coming Soon - Honey Jam. Looks like they didn't make it. 1

Food was good. Service was ok. Asked for crispy bacon and it didn't happen. But still overall everything was pretty tasty. But walking in with my family which I know is a bit bigger. 4 kids and 2 adults they looked at us as if we were crazy. Had deer in the headlight stares and had to talk amongst each other as if this was the worst thing that has happened to them this morning ??? my server came to greet us and speak to us and a very rude manager yelled her name from across the restaurant and demanded something from her while she was in the middle of speaking to us. He should have waited as she was talking to a customer. And not yell out from across a room. Then he came and stared at us and didn't say a word of greeting or anything. Just walked away. Strange staff?

Placed a takeout order definitely not what I expected. Ordered several meals and all disappointed.Crunchy French toast were plain, don’t know where the crunch part went. El fuego omelette was not fuego, flavor was bland and the pico shown on the menu was not even present. Huevos rancheros were bland as well, only flavor I received was from the salsa on top and the tortilla you can tell it was not fresh. Definitely not worth the $50, first and last time we’re ordering from here.

I always love eating here but I'm more than excited about their new spicy vegan bowl! It's AMAZING even for non-vegans. Great option for those that don't like regular eggs (like myself).

My husband and I used to frequent The Broken Yolk at least once a month before covid and it was always great. Country fried steak and eggs was always my go to. Today was our first time back since the reopening and although the service was good and our waitress was very attentive, we were greatly disappointed in the quality of the items we ordered. From the bloody flights to the gravy on my country fried steak that was no where near the same recipe I am used to and right down to the scrambled eggs that tasted like powered eggs. The quality of food was not worth the amount we spent. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Which is unfortunate because it was truly one of our favorites.

There was absolutely nothing that stands out about this food or environment. We get breakfast every Sunday at a restaurant - this was by far the most disappointing breakfast we have ever had. Coffee was poor, menu was lackluster with a confusing layout, the portions were small, the scrambled eggs were gross (they were like tire shavings), pancakes were spongy and not good. The only saving grace was the kind staff with attentive service.

Definitely not worth what they are charging. Feel completely ripped off with this quality and quantity.
