Order a pizza n got the wrong ingredients on it called to get it change n the kid was charging me for new pizza I asked for my money back n will the pizza n he continued to give the order info of my last order n kept n telling it total! I said please refund me n his answer was it take 3-5 business days! I said it’s fine he continues to tell me finally price! N hung up on me ! So by this thing idk if he refund me or made a new pizzaI was so upset about it!
First time eating there ordered Chicago style deep dish pizza was not impressed with sauce or cheese probably will not go back

This place was an absolute dumpster fire! First off my husband placed an order for a 10 INCH pizza for takeout but then decided we'd dine in since our son was hungry and thank God I had my son's food with me. My husband ordered the pizza at 6:49 pm and it wasn't handed to him until 7:54 pm! Then when my husband told the kids who were at the entrance we wanted to dine in they literally told us we could sit at a table to eat but the server wouldn't do anything for us because we ordered takeout! DAFUQ?!? OK! I decide to look at the menu because I've never been there and my husband asked the waitress if they had any specials and she simply responds with "no" and then proceeds to say she'll be back because I apparently wasn't quick enough with my order. When she comes back I ordered the "spicy" chicken ceasar sandwich and I don't know what part of it was supposed to be "spicy" because there wasn't any level of heat or spice to it. The server who never identified herself brought me a glass of water ONLY AFTER I asked for one and I had to sit there and wait what felt like 10 minutes for her to come back to ask for a straw. Not even funny but she brought 2 glasses of water and ONE straw only after I requested it. When my husband FINALLY got the pizza it was bland and tasteless. And to add insult to injury the kids in the "pickup" section kept complaining about how "busy" it was. I know customer service has taken a downward spiral for the worst but this right here is appalling! I literally thought I was in a skit or a prank for worst service at a privately owned restaurant.

I have had nothing but great service from Vita Bêla! From the order takers on the phone to the delivery staff, all have had hands down the best customer service! The food is great, too. Pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes and their chicken is awesome! We have had them cater birthdays, too. You can not beat the price. Will continue to select Vita Bela for their great product and service!
Our pizza was delivered in half the time they said when we ordered and it was piping hot. And it was very tasty. We will order again.
