Horrible service. Went to dine in and had 4 people behind us. All 4 ppl leave with their food. And 15 min later we go back up to the counter. Worker says they forgot. Lol. Then we ask for a refund and the lady says they dont do refunds.. What kind of corporate franchise business is this?? No refund, and no food??? Ill be taking care of this. But will be staying away from this place as well.

Two times now I've walked up to the door, both doors in the middle of the afternoon (4 or 5pm) and all the doors have been locked. No dining room service and no sign on the door explaining anything. Yes, there were cars in the drive thru but we didn't want to eat in our car.

Amazing attitude from everyone working the drive through, amazing food, I cannot ask for more. My new favorite Wendy's.
This place always disappoint me! looks like no employee sticks around this place for more than a week. Today the entire restaurant smelled like someone peed all over and I bet that's because employees used the same mop they used in the bathrooms. I was hopping after the remodeling this place is improve, but nothing has changed. Take your money someplace else, where they care to serve their customers.

I was told they only accepted cash tonight at the drive-thru and I told them that it was fine I have cash. We then tried to order and was met with radio silence. I said "Hello, we have cash" twice and we sat there ignored for 10 minutes. We left.

Purchased double stack biggie bag and the burger was old nuggets cold fries cold I need a refund who would serve this to a customer? That’s why you don’t get a receipt for purchase accountability never again the Management team should be ashamed at what their employees are serving says a lot about the standards.

I went through the drive-through with one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes before i could order and the car in front of me left. I ordered and paid for a baconator combo and got a single with cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but the burger was cold, like refrigerator cold. I saw 3 people standing around doing nothing but chatting ( and none of them looked like a manager having a meeting ). So why did I have to wait so long and then not receive what I ordered?

RAW CHICKEN. My husband and I both got spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive through and two bites in i realized the chicken was raw on the inside. I’m also 24 weeks pregnant so called my doctor immediately I will never be eating Wendy’s every again. My husband went back to this location and all they could do was ask for his email for the insurance company to reach out and 2 weeks later he still hasn’t received an email. Do not eat here especially if you’re pregnant. It’s not worth it putting yourself and baby at risk.
