Stopped through the drive thru with son for quick dinner on our way to baseball practice. Sons food was good. My sandwich wasn't. After practice, I stopped to get a refund. Was given a refund, and the owner insisted on making a new sandwich. It tasted great! Great customer service!

First time getting take out thru the drive thru . Ordered Denver omelets and they were great, also had hashbrowns and 2 pancakes and yummy cream of broccoli soup. The portions were big and not overpriced. The drive thru menu had a fast food layout but they offer sit in family diner type dishes too. Will definitely go back! It was fast and fresh and delish!

Haven't been there since COVID. Don't know if owners changed, but it's more like a fast food Culver's style. No veterans discount. Wife thought her hash browns were clocked with old oil. One of my eggs cooked right the other not. Will not be going back!

I was the person who pulled in the drive thru 10 minutes before closing. I was greeted with the kindest voice who took my order. Not rushed or bothered she read everything back to me. Everyone at the window was so kind too. The food was so fresh and everything was delicious. The female manager thanked me for my kind words and showed so much appreciation. It was quite the refreshing experience

Went through the drive-thru, and the restaurant wasn't busy. I was there 7:45am and placed my order. The lady at the window, I did not appreciate her attitude this morning! When we're asking food salt, pepper, hot sauce, and an extra fork, she walks off as you're speaking. So when I didn't get the extra fork, I asked for it. If she took the time to listen instead of getting an attitude, she wouldn't have to go back and forth. We eat Westfield all the time. Today I wasn't happy after paying for my order then an employee having an attitude. Thats the worst if you ask me. Hope her day gets better!

Wanted soup so bad ended up here soup was fantastic! The counter woman was very friendly. Restaurant was clean plenty of seating available. However employees had a lot of time to stand around and lean. The kid running the drive thru his customer service skills need a tweeking. He's not very welcoming and short with people.

Love this place. They have a huge menu. Food quality has always been great. Fair prices. Great atmosphere for kids. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the booth seats are kind of old and worn out. Otherwise, this place is great.
