First time ordering from Pizza Hut in years. I paid $35 for a large pizza that was delivered cold. It's no wonder Pizza Hut is never thought of as an option when ordering pizza. Last time ordering from here!

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. They were so stingy with toppings on the pizza that it was mostly crust. We did also order wings and they were decent. Would not recommend.

So disappointed just got an order of bread sticks and a personal pan pizza. The bread sticks were great, no issues the pizza was not fit to eat, it had hardly an cheese on top and it was cold and not cooked through in the middle to the crust. I will not be going back

First go. 1 hour and 20 min, $45 w tip. I get a half correct order. Pizza quality appears to be in line w a little Cesar hot and ready. Pizza quality ends up being a solid 2 of 10. Call back to advise and let them know I'm not asking for anything. I get an "ok thanks for the call". Sounds like she was used to this response. Never again.

Normally, I don't like to do these types of reviews. But based on our order from this week, I wanted to put this out there for others to be aware of. So the quality of the pizzas made at this store have dropped ALOT over the years. This year we tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt with our past orders but it still remains all the same. The pizza is not fresh, and doesn't taste great like it used to. For instance our order today, seemed like it was reheated pizza. Unfortunately there isn't another Pizza Hut nearby for us to drive to closeby! Will switch to Dominos for the time being!

I order over the phone this is my first time at this location and I already put the picture of the below this is how cheese bread steak looks like when I open the box and service was very rude and about my pizza I asked for garlic butter they did not put the garlic butter on it never again at this location

This was probably the worst experience ever. They went to the wrong address, called the wrong number. Then when I called they blamed me. Please do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

Horrible horrible horrible service!!! I used to order here once a week until about 6 months ago. They screw everything up and take forever to deliver. I called today and asked how long for a delivery. The lady said 230-240 minutes. Yes, I asked three times and she reconfirmed. I have no idea how they stay in business but they'll never get mine again!
This store is an absolute joke! Their abysmal service goes hand in hand with their awful leadership. In January we ordered delivery online and were told about an hour wait. Then we got a text saying it was on its way....45 minutes later we called and it hadn't even even made yet. We ultimately received our food almost 3 hours after we ordered it. We thought there was some hope as a manager corrected the mishap and got us our food when we finally got in touch with the right person. He also gave us a $50 credit as an olive branch to order again in the future. In February we decided to give them another shot, and guess how long it took to get our food this time....almost 3 hours!!! Almost the same exact scenario, except there was no decent manager there to make things right. All we got were excuses about their system and being short staffed...what a joke. After this I emailed Pizza Hut corporate and got responses from their customer service along with their regional management, trying to make it right. So today...we have some friends over and they want Pizza Hut...we warned them but still had the $50 credit so at least it won't cost us anything. Thank God I decided to call in after we ordered to make sure we could use the credit. Nope!!! They wouldn't honor it as it was more than 30 days since they gave it to us. They just don't want our business!!! The craziest thing is that the guy I talked to was the Regional Manager that emailed me after the last awful experience!!! This place needs a completely new leadership team as they have no idea what good service is! Don't waste your time, energy, or money on this awful excuse of a restaurant. There are dozens of other and better places to choose from, pick any one of them and actually give yourself a chance at getting decent food and service. Pass on these clowns for sure and save yourself the frustration.

Always slow, but decided to wait on delivery again. Two hours later I had to cancel the order. If you want pizza from here, pick it up. Not worth waiting on the delivery.

Messed up our order once but wow, they fixed that with a lot of free wings. Its always got and ready on time. Had a late delivery once and got a decent credit. Very nice staff always. Return customer for over 5 years

I ordered carry out from this location on 12/15/17. The lady that took my order was pleasant and made ordering an easy experience. I ordered a medium, pan crust Supreme for my husband and their veggie with spinach, hand tossed- medium for myself. The crust was quite fresh tasting and the overall taste was good. My husband said their customer service was good when he arrived to pick it up and stated that the guy asked if he'd like to check the pizzas before leaving- nice touch! We'll order from this location again based on the quality of food and customer service, the price was perfect too!

Don't know if they were under staffed or what but they had one guy manning the fort another chilling off to the side and cooks. He had no help with the phone ringing and a long line. That being said this place is disgusting. It's dirty the kitchen is visible the stations are dirty pizza cutter cuts every pizza without wiping clean. The girl putting pizzas together wipes her hands on her pants after making every pizza. No aprons no hats pretty sure they don't use gloves on ready to eat food either. I can handle busy but get your act together it's a restaurant keep it clean. You have yourselves on display tighten the ropes and take some pride management needs to get their staff cleaned up. Needless to say we walked out and we ordered next door. Saw three other ppl walk out as well.
