New management really made me like this subway. Old management kind of threw me off a little bit but now with new management the food tastes phenomenal! Especially with service, it was honestly amazing. 5/5 would go again honestly a beautiful store too. Any table I pick will have no crumbs on it, that bathrooms are clean, and so are the boards where the sandwiches are made. 100% best subway I've been to.
I LOVE the Plano IL subway on South St. They always get my sandwich right, and they know me because it’s always the same 2 workers there. Tonight I forgot my wallet at home on the counter. I was going to have my husband stop to pay since he was down the street but they told me just to take it. They made my night tonight!

The food is great, service is more than acceptable and the environment is very aromatic. I have one slight problem though, this is the only major food chain around Plano that annoyingly shuts down before 10 while having some of the most protein packed, delicious food to service you at a time like 8pm-10pm. Some people get off work/business and only get a chance to eat by 9-11pm and where are they gonna go to get proper protein packed foods? McDonald's? Burger King? More like all...read full review
