I live locally and visit here very infrequently. This was probably the first time I had been in 6+ months. Every time I decide to "give it another try", I'm quickly reminded why I quit going here after my previous visit.The service -- when we pulled up to the restaurant, there was an employee out near the front entrance smoking. As we entered, he came in pretty much right behind us, and after going to the back to wash hands (that's what I'm telling myself), he came to the front counter, chatted briefly with another employee, then took our order.The food -- Whopper value meal. Pretty simple. Once made, the burgers sat in the "waiting area" (or what ever it's called) for quite some time as we waited for them to be served up. I assumed the delay was waiting for fries to finish, but given that the fries were barely lukewarm, I'm not quite sure of the cause of the delay. Given the delay, the Whopper's didn't seem very fresh and the fries were barely warm. Best part of the meal, the ketchup for the fries and the drink.The atmosphere -- Typical Burger King, but at least the tables were clean. The facility in general seemed clean.

The people working in this Sunday afternoon were horrible! Bickering and blaming each other. I sat and watched 16 people come in, wait, be ignored and then leave. All while the team gripes about being busy. No one said “I’ll be right with you” or make any gesture of acknowledgement. I’ve never seen such a mess!

I seen so many flies while eating my dinner with family. At 1 point there was around 5 flies just at our table. Sure food was good and so was service but I would not eat inside again if I visit this location again.
