Very rude and impatient!!! We're out of many things we tried to order. Don't bother giving them your business as there are many other wonderful businesses in the area. Sure wish we had read the reviews before stopping here!

Had a sign on the door saying lobby was closed, but people kept going in and out. Was asked by more than one person what my name is, then had a gentleman come to the window and tell me I had to go back around and let his line go first because I ordered too much. Never heard of a store that's NOT busy not wanting to make money. The atmosphere was strange. Definitely WON'T ever be back

I paid then when I asked for the receipt because I had seen him throw it away in the garbage. He then got upset, put his hands on his head, asked me for my card back, and said he accidentally charged me for someone else's stuff. So then I got the receipt for my stuff and he decided to say that everything was good he fixed it when I looked at my bank statements it was clear that he overcharged me then he gave me money back on my card that was not the amount that he charged me and then he charged me for the alleged price that was correct. I contacted the corporate office, and they said that they would have their manager get a hold of me. The manager contacted me and said oh so I'll give you a free donut. Wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. I contacted corporations again, and they never got back to me.

Bought banana bread, was handed a plastic wrapped frozen slice of banana bread. Employee refused to heat it up… even tho there are microwaves behind him. Even placing our order with the drive thru attendant was awkward and hard to talk to.

Stale donuts! This is the second time at this location and I am not sure donuts are made fresh daily. The selection is very limited and staff is unfriendly.
This is the only coffee place by us. We came to this location twice and got pup cups for dogs. Came again and was told “we don’t do them” “it wasn’t at. This location” was our response: we would have gladly paid for a dallop of whip cream. The guy was rude. When I said we would no longer be coming to this location bc he’s rude, he shrugged at me. Horrible customer service

This location is the absolute WORST business establishment in Pontiac, IL. You can barely understand a word they say and their customer service skills are terrible. They always get order wrong. They will not refund you for anything if their mistake or not. I will never step foot in or order anything from this business ever again and neither should you.

This place is a disaster. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I’ve never been to a Dunkin that is this terrible. I don’t know why I keep coming back, but I told my daughter today is the last day. I have gone through the drive-through before they are completely rude. They never tell you your total before you get to the window. Now we keep going inside and no one wants to help us at the register today we waited a full five minutes before anyone decided to help us. In the past I’ve been through the drive-through and I told them oat milk, and no sugar and they gave me someone else’s drink that had dairy milk and sugar. I am allergic to dairy and I had to throw the coffee out and they would not give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and never come to this place.
